Careful with this guy... he can make a small problem sound like a big one ...i you have him work for you, make sure hes not just trying to milk the job by talking a good one... turning a couple hundred dollar job into the thousands, fixing problems that was never one..

Wow!! We were far away from the property when a short window of opportunity (water system shut off) came to fix some plumbing problems. At 8:00 am we called to see if these plumbing problems could be addressed while the water was off. In one day two major plumbing problems were diagnosed and solved. We are fans of Roger Smith Plumbing.

We live on the Trinity River. Having horrible water issues that was turning everything red. Iron bacteria growing in our toilet tanks. I googled the area for plumbers and after reading Roger Smith's Plumbing website noting he specialized in this area we called. I can't say enough about the system he put in. There is no more iron deposits showing up on our white shower, toilet bowls, hair!

Roger knew exactly what was needed. He installed our new system and I could not be happier. Our water is clear. Smells and tastes great.

Spend over a month on the job, snaking out the sewer pipe numerous times, debating back and forth whether the front yard needed to be dug up with a backhoe or if it could be done by hand.
Finally located the sewer line but never did dig deep enough (with a shovel) to actually expose it and see what the problem was.
Showed up maybe once a week, spend 30 minutes sitting around the van waiting for his buddy to show up and then spend 1/2 the time on the phone.
Used rainy weather and being busy as an excuse to not show up for days.
Never did get the job done (not even half way) but ended up charging over $1000 (!)
We finally told him to not come back and hired somebody else who got it all done within 2 hours!
Do not use this guy! He will take you for a ride.
