I called Roger Ross Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor. The Patriarch has his own bathroom next to his bedroom, this is good because at almost 87 years of age and with declining mobility, he needs this. Dad's toilet had been clogging on and off, and we decided it was time for a professional.

Plumber came out on Friday, two days ago, and fixed the toilet. This morning it clogs again, and we can't get it unclogged. We called and had to leave a message. I explained what happened and that they were just here.

I get a text back from Marina, and, well, see the screenshots. The earliest they say they can come back is this THURSDAY 4/15 and no, I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow about this.

This is completely unacceptable and terrible service. It would be one thing if they hadn't JUST BEEN HERE to fix this exact problem.

Don't use them. Anyone who would think it's just fine to leave a mobility challenged senior citizen with a waste filled toilet for four days that they just ""fixed"" should not be in business.

Had some initial difficulty getting an appointment because of an odd situation where the problem occurred while we were out of town.

Once we worked that out they came out and fixed the problem. The owner kept in touch by text message which I appreciate.

Roger and his team have been helping me with a house I rent in Manayunk for 3-4 years now. He jumped into action earlier this year and replaced a hot water heater within a day. He helped me find the right (as in strong & durable) shower fixture for a claw footed tub.

Oh, I forgot to mention his prices are reasonable. Great combo!

I have used roger ross 3 times so far. Every time he did a great job. His guys were very professional and always explained what needed to be done. They gave me there opinion on things I should do and things I dont have to do right away. Great company to work with!
