Giuliano S.I was quoted for a bathtub installation. The price was reasonable, but I soon found out the workers were not professionals. The bathtub was damages when installing into place, with no offer of replacement or discount. The employees were sent to my home ill-equipped - they needed to use my tools and studs. They went to the home depot to purchase plumbing supplies they did not have for the job. The tub was improperly installed - it rocked when I stepped in. Ultimately, I lost faith in them after they failed the leak test, water dripping from the upstairs tub to the kitchen downstairs. The business owner refused to negotiate any type of refund for the incomplete job. I wouldn't trust them to replace a washer, never-mind anything more complicated.
