From start to finish the level of service exceeded expectations. We had a slab leak and it was repaired efficiently and with great care. Tim took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and you would have thought he was working on his own home by the care he took. Our plumbing is back in terrific working order and it was done with a level of service that is an example for any home repair service.

Trying to swap out bathroom faucets I had an issue due to old original plumbing. Tried to resolve it myself after consulting someone at the local home supply store but couldn't. Called Roger Miller Plumbing and they were able to send someone out in 30 minutes. Problem resolved and then some within 45 minutes.
Very courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely call them again if needed.

This statement is true to the tee. The knowledge and courtesy of this Company is outstanding. I've dealt with many Companies throughout the years and I have never had an employee show up on the dot. No waiting!! They are very professional. They did an excellent job! Priced fairly, I had no issue making a decision that is a huge expense. I upgraded to a tankless because I do have a water softener. I could have remained with a tank but the total expense to maintain and replace would cost more in the end with a tank then if I went tankless. Thank you Rodger for a wonderful experience, you put faith back into professionals that care. Thank You.

Chris came out to install a new garbage disposal. Price was excellent and so we had him do two faucets for us. Such a nice man, helpful and he picked out a beautiful Gooseneck kitchen faucet for us. His fee for all he did was fair and reasonable. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He will do new shower faucets for us next week.

This is actually the second time I have used Roger Miller Plumbing and again I am extremely happy with the service. I had a weird leak in the laundry area that Roger identified within 5 minutes and some creative AC condensate lines that were plumbed by someone to drain under the sink into a bucket. I also had a leaking water heater that Roger could have tried to sell me a new unit but instead he thought we could get a few more years out of it. Roger fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The pricing was reasonable and I will definitely be using this company again.
