We had Roger Schwab Plumbing out today after calling this morning. They made it out a few hours later when everyone else we called couldn't make it til next week. Josh came out, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick and fixed both of our issues (one we didn't even know we had). We will definitely use this company for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I had a hot water heater problem not an emergency but in a way it was bc I was flying out of town the following day. - they came out, knew what the problem was and it was resolved. I was so relieved. I just had a problem with a leak in my kitchen sink. Roger diagnosed it over the phone with video I sent him. It turned out it could wait and I told him so knowing it was Christmas and he was very busy. I told him it could wait till after new year bc I just put a pan under the leak. But to my surprise I received a call from his office and the came out with the right part, etc. again, resolved.

So I highly recommend Roger Schwab Plumbing.

Thank you Andrew and Roger Schwab Plumbing for everything. I have several rentals and even though I am a plumber's daughter sometimes a real plumber is needed. They are always very quick to respond in emergencies and non-emergencies, explain the issues, and are always friendly. I have a for these guys to many people over the years and they have never disappointed.

Called for estimate regarding plumbing work in our home. He left a voicemail a day or two later. I called him back later that day and he never called me back. That was four days ago. I just find it very unprofessional when someone doesn't return a call. Not good for potential referrals

JBefore Retirement hired Roger J Schwab to replace sump pump system inc backup to prevent any problems in early retirement. 2 years later the system started to fail.After calling and getting no response for (2) days before my basement flooded again,due to Zoller pump-switch failure causing the pump to continually run and possibly burn out,also back up pump,charger and battery DEAD.Thank God getting help from one of the best plumbers in Illinois Mike Wendricks,he came by changed switch and advised me to get new charger and battery,in which I ordered same Zoller Aquanot battery charger 275$ New Marine Battery 165$ we installed got up and running. Roger way to busy to follow up and make sure problem was resolved. (3) months later main sump pump fails, new backup system fails again,leave a message with Roger day, latter he calls back,Mike Wendricks comes by after working all day to install New PumpSo the moral of the story is real simple: I've been in the construction business 38 years,I not only a customer but I refer my old customer base to you.When I call and ask you to come out and figure out the problem I paid you well for 2 years ago,and keep paying to replace parts after (2) years,you become argumentative and belittling that I had someone,fix,didn't need your help,instead of being apologetic and helpful wants to debate everything with you. I probably should of waited for the basement to flood because he so important he didn't have time to follow up. I've of all people understand we don't build or manufacture parts that are put in your house,so we can't always take responsibility for them,BUT YOU CAN be respectable about your customers problems offer solutions not attitude in resolving.Good employees / Bad Business Man/ knows everything . Roger J. Schwab Plumbing ripped off my mother. No choices given and charged her $961.45 to replace a toilet.
I called around and other plumbers quoted $445.00 and between $500 to $550 for a ADA 14"" rough in standard toilet. Half of what Roger J Schwab Plumbing charged her.

I have spoken with Roger Schwab Plumbing and they have straightened out MY misunderstanding of how their bill was typed up. They provided me with everything I asked for and then some, they were not pulling anything. They did not upcharge the cost of the toilet, they included the labor in the total line item price of the toilet. Again, I misread/misunderstood the wording on the bill.
I fully intend to continue to use these guys they are great!

My plumber recently retired and sold his business to roger schwab plumbing. I had used them for a few minor things and they did a nice job and were always timely and very nice. Tonight though I had an emergency call into them and they called back promptly and tried to walk me through an issue I had with my sump pump that went haywire during a horrible rainstorm. When my attempts failed he drove over and fixed the issue. Many thanks to Roger and his staff! I had already recommended them to friends in the past but now felt a glowing review was also deserved.
