Came and looked at replacing my furnace, then never heard from him again. Not sure why he wasted my time. Thought I'd use a local guy but I guess he had other plans. Don't bother with this fool, he apparently doesn't want to work.

I contacted Roger to get a quote on installing a ductless heating and cooling system. He arrived on time and did a great job describing my alternatives with systems and its capabilities. After our initial meeting, Roger put together a variety of quotes tailored to the choices we discussed. I found his prices to be reasonable and he came recommended by a family that used his services in the past. Once I chose my option Roger let me know when it would be started and how long it would take. He started and completed the job on time. He worked was flawless and he is extremely neat as he cleaned up the work areas so that it appeared he had not been there. Roger is reliable, reasonably priced and just a good person. I plan on using his services again in the near future and would highly recommend him to anyone. He a good guy that does good reliable work.

We used Roger Crampton Plumbing several times for emergency's and for replacement of water heater and new bathroom.
When it came too the emergency he responded by returning our phone call right away and sent someone out right away to fix the problem . It saved. My entire floor!!
Every other job was well done in a timely fashion. He gave us free estimates, date he can do the job, how long it would take and most of all he stuck to his word. When jobs were complete he left the job clean.
I and my family members in Old Lyme will always call Roger for all our plumbing needs.

Call him for estimate, showed up looked around,told me that he would call me back and never did . I called him again and no response. I think he no longer in business because nobody that wants to make money does this.
