Terrible overall experience. Do NOT seem to know basic plumbing. Actually, made our clog worse. Keep searching for a better business.

We had another plumber out a week earlier for the same issue and the problem continued - the toilets wouldn't flush fully. Our house sat vacant for several years. Rodriguez and Sons - specifically Will - came out and got everything running smoothly. He was prompt, friendly, thorough and professional. I'm so glad we called them instead of the same company who had already "fixed" the problem.

My mother in law in Kingsville, TX had a clogged sewer line. No toilets worked. My wife and I were there for a couple of days, so I called And spoke to Rodney. He and his crew were there within an hour. Unclogged the drain, and showed us a live camera feed of the problem. He quoted us a fair price. Great inside and out. Nice people, very reliable.
I will continue to use Rodriguez Plumbing and their multi-generational business.

The sewer was backing into the kid's bathroom. Older home. Martin came out and snaked the vents on the roof because we couldn't find the clean out. The service was quick, professional and well priced. Peace of mind is priceless.

I was told by Michelle that Mr Rodriguez does not do estimates even though his repairman stated we needed one before any work could be done. She said that Mr Rodriguez does not get paid for estimates therefore they are not a priority. Question...then when do I be some a priority?! They do not know how to run a business. I would not recommend. They depend on you to be a yes person and agree with their nonsense.

Beware of serious over charge. I called them out for an estimate and the Guy that came out said he would give his findings to his boss and get back to me with an estimate. He said he had to come back and go into the attic for further test. To my surprise i got billed for 5 hours of "testing" and no repairs at all not one. $431 for just looking for the problem. I did not authorize this but had no choice since the meter had been pulled. I needed the repair asap. The additional estimate was $2400! I found someone else for $700 tells you where they are in price point. They take advantage that Kingsville has no options. Go with out of town plumbers its worth the extra travel fee! Girls in office have attitudes as well.

This place is second to none! They came out to my home to complete a quick maintenance check for a water heater leak. The office staff, specifically Ms. Michelle ' s customer service skills are fantastic! Bubba, the plumbing specialist was honest and very professional! I was so impressed, I hand delivered a sweet treat to civey a small(very small)token of my appreciation. I'm extreemly grateful for the fabulous staff & their service of excellence to their Kingsville community! !
