Rodney came into check out plumbing issue of why we weren't getting enough hot water, but ended up making it even worse by giving us only cold water. He asked us to order a cartridge and didn't even finish the job. We then went ahead and asked another contractor to take a look, he said they only replace whole part instead of cartridge which made us think this guy didn't even how to fix. When questioned he was arrogant and asked us not to call him if we didn't like his work and said he had 20 years of experience which didn't seem like in his job. He quoted per hour and was slow at working. I felt like he already knew what was wrong but purposely delayed so he could charge more per hour. Disappointed in his work and left us in a bad taste.

I was referred to Rodney by one of my co-workers. I called Rodney to obtain a quote to replace a toilet wax ring; he responded the same day, and was available the next day to do the replacement. He arrived on-time, did the replacement, made sure the toilet was secure, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He did an awesome job; I highly recommend him!

I have used Rodney couple of times and am very happy. I can vouch for his quality of work , he taking time to explain things and also going out of the way to help out on other minor things as needed. Once was for proper plumbing work that needed him to go into craw space and replace some p trap leaks and also other stuff there. He was very detailed and did an awesome job. Second time was when we had a shower shroom fall into the tub drain. He helped us with it and also other odd plumbing jobs. I trust him and recommend him strongly. It's tough to find ppl like him.

Called on Rodney again this week and he did great work again. With some pre-planning, we were able to diagnose some problems together and get the right parts ahead of time. Rodney did another weekend house call and replaced some key fixtures for my home.

Next step is to get a whole-house water softener installed, which Rodney can do. Rodney services the South County areas, too, with some advance notice.

Rodney is not only an excellent plumber, but he saved us on last minute notice on two occasions. The first time when our sink was clogged (he was quick and efficient). More recently, all of our toilets got backed up at 10PM. We called him the same night and he came soon after. Despite the fact that he had to work in the rain and our pipes were severely clogged, he stayed until 2AM until the job was done. He even cleaned up our bathroom after. Thank goodness the kids had access to toilets the next morning.

I've used Rodney for a couple of repairs (a leaky shower knob and a replacement kitchen faucet) and in both cases he was professional and I've been very pleased with his work. In both cases he put in extra effort and time without nickel-and-diming us for his labor, even looking around the house and repairing a few broken items free of charge.

I have also found him very responsive. The first time coming to our home several hours after I made the request, the second time coming the next day (even though it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend).
