My main goal is to promote the happiness of my customers, as I believe it’s the most important aspect of my work.

For 33 years, I’ve dedicated myself to providing handyman solutions. Being surrounded by women in my family, I found myself in the place of the trusted man. I learned valuable lessons from my grandfather during my upbringing. His first lesson was to explore various trades so that I would always have skills to fall back on. So, I took his advice and engaged myself in various trades, mastering a few along the way. Second, he emphasized that at the end of the day, your word and reputation are all you have. Doing right by others is crucial to maintaining a good reputation. There are additional lessons, but those are for me to keep. You could say I’m a blue-collar worker, as I’ve been in the construction industry for as long as I can remember. I don’t pretend to know it all; I discover new insights every day. I came to the realization that I could no longer work for others; I had to forge my own path. So, I launched my own business, and I’m still piecing everything together. As a one-person operation, I’m reluctant to seek assistance because it often leads to complications.
