My job was hard. I had a hard-to-detect leak in front of the house.

Plumbers are in high demand, and I'm sure this company is no exception. Most won't call you back promptly, but Rodger's did. And they also ball-parked a range of what it would take to fix my problem - which is RARE, and makes it SO much easier to commit. So before they even arrived I was impressed.

The crew was early, knew exactly what they were doing, and spent almost all day prosecuting my leak (which required them to excavate two completely separate areas of muddy garden). Man it looked tough!

The final price was high end of stated range, and I was happy to pay it. These guys are my plumbers now, and honestly...they should be yours too.

6:30pm suddenly there was no hot water at the house.. and we have a young baby!! I called the warranty company they said we need to wait because it's after hours, I called Rodger plumbing and Shirly answered, quickly she advised us what to do so we will get the hot water running, Thank you SO much!! We will definitely save your number !! It's amazing to find truly good people here!!

I had a couple of issues I figured were serious and braced myself for a big ugly bill and an unpleasant bout of up-selling that would capitalize on my relative ignorance and pandering to my greatest fears.

What a pleasant surprise. Robert showed up right at the promised time. He took a look at both of my "serious" issues and, unlike the franchise plumbers I had been using, told me they really weren't serious and had them fixed in no time at considerably less expense than I was bracing for.

From this point forward, Rodgers is my go-to company for plumbing solutions.

Plumbing Issues? Yuck. Finding someone to do it for you? Nice. Finding someone amazing to do it for you at a reasonable rate? Double nice.

MP and I recently bought a house and of course with a new house, comes new issues. We needed to have some plumbing work done...some things had to be repaired under the house, our water heater wasn't to code (and really old), and little odds and ends.

I have learned the hard way that you always get a few quotes when doing house work. The first company I had out, quoted me over $2K for a new water heater and labor, and over $900 for the additional work. Ridiculous. Rodgers? Significantly less for a brand new, installed, to code water heater and about $400 for everything else. Needless to say, I hired them on the spot.

Family owned company (which is always a plus with me), so honest and really knowledgeable. We had one thing the home inspector said was an issue, Rodgers said it wasn't...that actually, it was quite common in homes. Not to worry. Great!

Making the appt was easy and they were always on time! Stuck to their work and didn't take longer than was necessary to complete the tasks.

It was so nice to not worry about whether the job you're paying for, was done correctly by honest people...these guys are the real deal.

With technology and competition growing daily, I believe that businesses offer the same type of service. The difference being customer service and quality. Rodgers offered me both. The walk through, explanation, as well as communication throughout the process made me feel comfortable from the start. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Oh, I forgot! They were the most reasonable quote.

Spoke to someone on the phone regarding the need to obtain an estimate. Emailed them the information that I had already received from another plumber. Rodger's Plumbing never responded.
