Awesome. Same day AC service--figured out the problem right away. Had a condenser that matched. One hour and both my AC units are running before the heat wave. This is the kind of business that we all need: prompt, no bs gets to the problem and doesn't try any add ons. This will be my go to guy for AC repair and maintenance.

I had him come out to repair damage done by my dog on the outside unit where the wire Protecting sleeve is located. I asked him for a price to repair only the cover and he gave me a price of $100 which I agree to do. I was very clear on what I wanted repaired, he made repairs I didn't request and hit me with a $210.00 total. The additional repair was done without my permission and because it was already done I was obligated to pay extra. This company will find a way to rip you off or do extra repairs to get more money for their company. Instead of helping the customers during these tough times, they are using it to make their company grow. If you guys hire this Company , be present when they're doing the job and be clear on How much you're willing to pay or how much money you have because what they quote you over the phone will not be the same thing in person.

Glad we went with EMS! They had the best service and got the job done like real professionals. Not only were they respectful, they were also honest. Installed a minisplit for us in our garage and they let us know how much everything would cost up front and answered every question we had. I explained what needed to be done and they made time within a 5 hour notice to get it done. I explained I worked throughout the week and cannot do mornings and they made it happen with such short notice. Have a conversation with these guys you'll want to hire them again. Couldn't be more thankful.
