Excellent services. Called last minute as my thermostat went out and I was leaving for out of town and my indoor cat could not possibly handle this hot weather. Rodgers AC came out right away and fixed the problem. Prompt, knowledgeable, very nice and reasonably priced. Will absolutely use this company in the future. I highly recommend this company.

The technican took time to trouble shoot the problem. He explained everything by showing us what parts he replaced. He came out the same day which was about 7:30 pm. I would highly recommend Rodgers Air Conditioning.

Previous day we reached out to a 5 star hvac company. But no reply a day later. As it was a very hot week we needed someone fast. Gary was extremely fast on response. As he could sense our urgency he was able to fast track us. He came out like 2 hours later and was surveying the issues. Bad fan needed replacement. He had parts and quote seemed ok. Had us all sorted rather quickly. Very professional and safe us from the heat wave.

Gary took great care of us, his communication is superb! He made sure to work around my crazy schedule ( I have little ones and it's hard to nail down a time ) and he made it work and fully understood as he has a little one too! He communicated the day of our scheduled maintenance and was on time ( which is a huge plus, because that doesn't happen often these days! ). He made sure our AC unit was running properly and fixed because we had some unforeseen problems with it. He made sure to go get all of the correct parts and get us taken care of same day. He also fixed a few other things he wasn't there for to make sure we were all taken care of. Highly recommend using him, honest, fair, on time, amazing communication got the job done! And his van is awesome, love the logo!

Our ac broke and I tried to fix it with the commonly used solutions online and it didn't work. Contacted Rodgers ac and met me next day. His evaluation was spot on, and to honest he could have charged me an arm and a leg due to the high temperature in the house and other companies would have taken advantage of our situation. The situation was explained to us and we have a new system put in the next day.
They are honest, fair, friendly, amd even explained everything right after it was all completed. The owner called the same day. Other awesome!

We called and he was able to come out the same day!
The technician agreed with hubby on the issue, replaced the part, cleaned my unit and suggested a new panel for downstairs. He was very clear on the cost of everything and we were easily able to pick what we wanted to have done at this time. The tech also put in American made parts with longer warranties, cleaned out our unit. The panel replacement we already had so opted to wait on that and do ourselves. I noticed a one star for communication ect... Our experience was very clear from estimate on the phone to in person and what we wanted to have done and what we wanted to wait. In my opinion the tech is very straight forward and clear! Also the way he responds to the negative review shows he is caring and going out of his way to help the previous customer vs. arguing ect.. Amazing service !!! July 15 2023 HOTTEST DAY its a Saturday and of course my a/c is down 8am called atleast 15 companies 1 week out for emergency service. Finally called ROGERS WOW 2 hrs to get here same day service price unbelievable GREAT not taking advance of the emergency. Gary seems to be a hard working man just trying to make an honest living HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM. Rogers will the company I will call for A/C and Plumbing from now on.Thank -You Gary

Gary is Amazing! I called today with a clogged toilet that we unsuccessfully snaked and plunged and no luck. He was there within 20 minutes and was able to successfully unclog the toilet in under 30 mins at a very reasonable price! He was even kind enough to make a recommendation for a toddler toilet lock as my kiddo likes to flush things. He has been our go to for all our plumbing needs. He is very responsive and great work every time. 10/10 recommend using him!

Gary came to the rescue AGAIN! Our AC went out during a holiday weekend. He answered his phone on a Sunday and came out to our house on Labor Day and diagnosed the issue. The place that sold the parts we needed were Ofcourse closed because of the holiday but he drove out the next day and even had to go back because they gave him the wrong part!! He could of told me it'll have to wait until next day but he came back a couple hours later and got the job done. We're so grateful for his help especially during this heat wave. Very professional and kind! Highly recommend.
