Steven comes from a family of industrious, blue-collar workers. He has spent the last 15 years pouring his effort into plumbing and construction. At some point, everyone needs plumbing assistance. It serves as the backbone of our daily lives. Today's plumbing systems enable us to drink clean water and eliminate waste safely. Despite this, many avoid calling a plumber when necessary. Why is that? They are concerned about expenses and dread being told they need more than they bargained for. In response, Steven took his expertise and experience to become licensed and create his own plumbing business. He believes in offering reliable, quality plumbing services without breaking the bank. Using innovative methods, he ensures you receive the best service possible.

Rodberg Plumbing came highly rated from Angie's List. They were the first to call me so because of their rating and the call, I scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 9-11 am. Typically service providers call 30 minutes prior to arriving but in this case I did not receive a call, so I called Rodberg Plumbing's number. The guy who answered advised that he could be out here in 20 minutes, yet an hour passed and he had not arrived. I called back, he answered, but hung up on me. I can't comment on the actual work Rodberg Plumbing does, because highly unlikely that I will ever use them. The one star rating is for him being over an hour late (wasting my time) and hanging up on me. I have limited time to take care of household items, so I'd rather work with a company that is punctual, can respect my time, and communicates better.

They came out the same day I called. They were quickly able to determine where the leak was coming from and how to fix it. They ensured the leak was fixed before leaving. They were very professional. I can't thank them enough!

Do NOT hire this company. I own a home in Lake Worth and I live in another area. The tenants called and said there was a pipe leaking in the backyard. I googled a name and called a place in Lake Worth- I always want to give small business vs big companies like Roto Rooter a chance first. Big mistake. They had their guy Allen come out and I was told it would be $675. I thought that was expensive, but what do I know about plumbing and it needed to be taken care of ASAP. Later that night I get a call from the tenants that the toilets won't flush. Strange coincidence, right? I call the company again and am assured that the one has absolutely nothing to do with the other. Seems odd but again, wtf do I know?? Allen comes back and says they can't guarantee that they can even fix it but it will be $350 which they discount for me at $300. I am sending all kinds of good vibes but it doesn't fix it. So this guy Allen was paid $275 for one hour of work that didn't even solve the problem. I said I need to become a plumber and make that kind of money! Now they say I should call the city. Why didn't they tell me that before?! I didn't know the city comes out for free to inspect. They said they Called for me and have them the info. That was at 6 no one came. The tenants call the city themselves around 10 and someone is out and basically said I got ripped off. I was already suspecting it, but they confirmed it. As someone said perfectly in another review: price-gouging, opportunistic plumber. Horrible customer service. The owner even said he was going to refund me half of my money because it seemed like I was upset, but won't now because I'm being unrealistic. I didn't know that losing a thousand dollars and being upset about being ripped off was unrealistic, but there ya go.

Long story short, they damaged the kitchen sink, and forgot to put a pan under water heater. They left the doors unlocked when they left. They have so far been unwilling to come make any repairs. They are unwilling to answer phone calls or respond to texts. UPDATED: Turns out I had my husband call, and randomly the owner picked up. The owner said someone would be out first thing Tuesday. Some guy showed up 1 1/2 hours later, after I wrote the review. I was late to work myself over all this.

We had a horrible experience! After a week of digging through the wall in our garage to find the origin of a water leak, they finally traced it to a bad Wax Ring Seal in our bathroom. An experienced plumber would have look at this First! It's a $15 part and takes about 45 minutes at most to replace it. He charged us $3325 for the work. Then he gave a price to fix the concrete holes in the floor and fix the drywall at $750-1000. Then later he told me that they don't repair drywall. I got it done for $630 from someone else. My insurance company said I needed to show them an itemized bill for the repair. He said he doesn't do that even though it is a standard practice in the industry. Then he didn't answer my calls or text messages for a week. Finally he said he would give me the itemized bill. He never did! This probably cost me more money in the claim as the Insurance Adjuster said it would. He left a piece of equipment here that I messaged him about. It looked like junk, I don't know if it worked or not. He never came for it. So I don't know if he did all that work to run up the bill, or is just incompetent. An honest or competent plumber would have checked for the simple things first, like a toilet bowel wax ring and flange, he would have been out of here in an hour, and I wouldn't be $3955 poorer. Avoid this company at all costs!

stay away from this company. they are not professionals. specially Steve which I think he is the owner. Says he has a million customers and he is too busy to call. if you see their name in Angie's list continue with another plumbing company.

We had a burst/leaking pipe under our kitchen floor, in the foundation. Rodberg Plumbing (Steven and Brian) found the leak on Tuesday and fixed it on Thursday for $3,200.00. To make sure that water was not leaking in another area, they drilled holes in my tile floor in the guest bedroom, which was on the other side of the wall from the kitchen, where the leaking pipe was discovered. They had promised to clean up the concrete dust from the drilling in the guest bedroom and to fill in the holes that they had drilled. They did not. I contacted them to finish the job but they did not contact me or come back and finish, as promised. After the leaking pipe was repaired, Steven Rodberg asked me if the water pressure was the same as before, and it was not. They did no further investigation to determine if there are additional leaks or issues which would decrease the water pressure. After they left, we discovered that eight (8) of my prescription pain pills were missing from my purse, which I had left on my kitchen counter (they had advised me that the drilling would be loud and suggested that I sit outside on the patio; it never occurred to me to move my purse from the kitchen counter. Moreover, the prescription had just been filled and delivered the day before they were there to repair the leak, so there is absolutely no mistake about the number of pills missing; no one else but them had been in the house). In addition, on the Monday following the leak repair, my cleaning people discovered that a framed print in the guest bedroom which was hanging on the wall right above where Rodberg Plumbing had drilled holes in the floor had a broken frame, which had not been broken the week before. I do not know if the vibration from the drilling caused the print to fall off the wall, or, if either Brian or Steven had accidentally knocked against it, causing it to fall to the floor; in either case, I should have been told about the damage to the print, and if the damage was caused by vibration from the drilling, I would expect a true professional to know that that could occur and advise me to remove the print before drilling. In any event, while the leak detection and plumbing repair were satisfactory, albeit expensive, I would not hire them again because of the missing property, the damage, and the mess left behind

Called Rodberg Plumbing from going on Angi's list to look for a plumber.I then called Rodberg Plumbing and told Steven Rodberg what we needed done to a bathroom renovation.Scheduled an estimate appt. with Steven.45 minutes past our scheduled appt.,I decided to call him.He said """"I lost track of time, can we reschedule for next day?""""Sent his co-worker the following day.Took pics of the bathroom and said that Steven would get back to me with an estimate. He was very nice.Never heard anything after that whatsoever. He had my phone # to call me or text me.Nothing!Worst customer service we ever had from anybody! How did this company get on Angi's list?Won't be using Angi's list for any job whatsoever!Don't waste your time with Rodberg Plumbing.Still haven't heard anything.

They installed a new tank-less electric water heater in my home this past week, and did an excellent job. I finally have a plumber I can trust.

Installed two toilets. The grout work is crap, and one of the toilets came loose after a week of use, so I asked them to fix it. Charged me more for the fix than the install. They had scheduled three different appointments for the repairs and we had no-shows twice... and then they didn't fix their error for free. Do not trust this plumber to get it done right the first time and they clarified that they offer no service warranties for their work. So when it breaks, etc., you have to pay them again to fix it. And the owner will not behave professionally if you try to resolve a dispute. There are plenty of other plumbers.
