Jaime (""Jimmy"") followed through on my request and came out to fix my clogged toilet. He went up on the roof to use a clean out up there to access the clog. I paid him an additional fee to run his camera along my septic main to the septic pit so as to see if there were additional clogs since we had had in the past renters so I wasn't sure if they put inappropriate stuff in the toilet. He suggested to use a root killer to use on a spot the camera showed roots growing into the clay part of the main. He quoted me how much it would be to reline that part of my cast iron that is getting rough on the inside. Jaime marked where the cast iron pipe ends and the clay begins so we would know where to modify some things if we were to opt later to fix the cast iron pipe. He resent the videos to my phone when I told him that I didn't receive them to my email. All in all, Jaime was professional, transparent on pricing and helpful.

Jimmy is friendly, very professional, communicates well, and to top it off he is a local to Fallbrook. Rodarte plumbing is definitely a 5 star company. I highly recommend Rodarte Plumbing! Our shower faucet was sticking so badly we could hardly turn the water on. Plus, couldn't turn it off tightly so it drip, drip, dripped! Jimmy responded to my Yelp request quickly, came over a day earlier than expected, provided the estimate (close to $200 LESS than the ""other guy""), and fixed the faucet!
