Angle and the crew are great at what they do. As a plumber myself I run into certain types of jobs that are going to take more man power than I can offer. I care alot about how my customers are treated. Every customer I have referred this company to always has a glowing review. There is no job this company can't take on I have referred him for new construction, commercial kitchen work, jetter services, and foundation repair. You will not be disappointed if you hire these guys they know their plumbing in and out!

Angel does great work. He wore a face mask, gloves and boot covers for safety during covid-19.
He came twice and made great plumbing suggestions. He fixed our tub handles, kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal.

I got a call from my renter saying that there was a leak under the kitchen sink. He sent a picture of the leak that looked like it was coming from the disposal.
Since our home warranty company doesn't work on disposals, I called ROD on the recommendation of a neighbor. Good choice! They came the next day, 4 hour window with a 30 minute arrival call. They were prompt, pleasant, diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem. Techs were also wearing PPE, including booties, and practiced social distancing.
I was Very impressed with ROD Plumbing, from Angel, the owner, to the techs, their knowledge and professionalism.
I will DEFINITELY call them again!

This contractor was assigned to me through a home warranty service. They called me on a Monday to schedule service. I returned their call on Wednesday. They said the service was cancelled because it took too much time to respond and said I had to call the Home warranty back to get it reopen, which I did. The home warranty told me that Rod plumbing were the ones who closed the work order because they were no longer interested in doing the work. Unreliable. Will not contact again in the future.

We had to re-do our wet room floor and Rod Plumbing helped disconnect the tub and faucet as we re-tiled the room. Unfortunately when moving the faucet, something happened to cause water leaks down to the slab. While I am not sure if it was done accidentally by Rod or the tile guy or the fiberglass company, Angel stood behind his work and came out every time to investigate. It took several efforts to fix the issue and Angel and his team spent a ton of hours working to solve the problem. Unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen, but Angel showed great professionalism continuing to promptly address the issue until it was fixed. I really appreciate how he stood behind his work. It would have been easy to point the finger at others, but he didn't. I highly recommend Rod Plumbing to anyone as you know you can count on them.

As a contractor I have dealt with many different plumbing crews and this is by far the most competent and competitive company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We had a water softner in oct installed. Angle was amazing he was very patient in answering all our questions and concerns before we purchased the softner. He did an amazing job installing the softner and his price was fair. He even came back out a week later to retest our water to make sure the softner was working properly free of charge.
