Rod Plumbing responded within an hour of my request to have my outdoor water system repaired. They analyzed the problem and gave an estimate. My opinion is that this plumbing company is Professional , courteous
and Technically competent. I'm encouraged that the work will be completed in a timely manner.

Showed up late. Was rude to my wife and suggested that ""her husband probably knows more"". Accused us of our water tank leaking (it's a gloss floor) and then touched it and realized he was wrong. All that needed to be fixed was having the pilot light turned back on (which I did) and they suggested that we get a full replacement. Took forever to communicate with our warranty.

There has to be other options better than this one. Steer clear.
