I use a warranty company. They sent in a misdiagnosis so the warranty company won't cover it. They tried to blame another plumber, even though the warranty approved them to fix the disposal. There is a leak under my kitchen sink, something different but the warranty company won't cover the leak because it was tampered with. I asked if they could resubmit but they refused to. So they came here, I gave them a service call fee and they did nothing. What a waste of my time and money!

They were dispatched by my home warranty company. Came out to take a couple photos and submit a claim to the warranty company. They did not submit sufficient information for the claim, left, and never came.

I'd look elsewhere unless you want to waste time and money.

Rick Roczynski called me to quote installing a natural gas line in my home for a stand by generator. He was recommended by my electrician who I highly recommend. He arrived on time and took all the necessary measuremments. He told me he would get back to me by the end of the week. The week came and went and I did not hear from him. Eight or nine days later I received an email from my electrician. He forwarded me an email from Rick Rocyznski stating that since the time I met with him he accepted a contract from a 60 unit project and would not continue with my quote. He did not have the common decency to contact me directly after keeping me waiting for over a week. His signature on his email states,"". Honest, reliable, and prompt."" That is far from true. Stay away from this guy.
