I would hire them again in a heart beat. Jake and Michael absolute gentlemen. Got right to the problem. My sink in the kitchen was completely clogged and these guys did their magic. I am totally pleased with the work. Also cleaned out my other drain on the outside. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me for a plumber. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

Roc's Plumbing and Sewer was recommended to me by the Norridge village front office, and I was not disappointed. Rocco was responsive from the start. Their schedule was already full the week I needed service, but he was still willing to fit me in when I told him I'll be out of town for a while starting at the end of the week. His crew was amazing and skilled. They got my old stainless steel tub drain pipe, a faulty faucet water intake valve, and a rusted old faucet replaced. They cleaned up the area really well afterwards too. Quality work at a fair price. I hope they will continue to be in business for a very long time.

We called Roc's plumbing to clear out a slow drain. They let us know when they they were bon the way and arrived on time. After introducing themselves (Luis and Jesus) they asked what issues we were having with the drain. They protected the work area and got to work. After completing the work the drain was flowing freely again, can't recall when the drain flowed so quickly. The service call bill was most reasonable. Highly recommended.

My family had an emergency where our floor drain in our basement started overflowing with dirty water. After trying to wet-vac and snake the drain myself, I realized that the issue was the ejector pump outside had stopped working in the catch basin and the brown water level had reached that of the outlet pipe coming from the house (yes, absolute nightmare). I finally determined this around 1:00AM, and knew that there was nothing I could personally do to fix this; just had to tell the family that no toilets could be flushed, no sinks could be used, etc., which is NOT an easy thing to do! I called to leave a message that night and they actually texted me back within 10min to say they would be out in the morning! They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue which I had suspected myself. To my delight, they had the exact model ejector pump in their work van with them and were able to start fixing the problem immediately. They were professional, worked quickly, and replaced some of the PVC pipes and check valves just to be safe. Moreover, they ripped out a bunch of roots that had started creeping through the seams and cracks in the basin so I wouldn't have an issue down the road with overgrown roots attacking and clogging the new pump. They gave me a quote that we agreed upon beforehand and that was the same amount I made out the check for afterward. I highly recommend Roc's Plumbing & Sewer to anyone looking for a polite crew who are fast, efficient, and skilled plumbers.
