I had a problem with a very slow kitchen sink drain that I thought I solved with Draino til I looked in the basement and saw that sludge had backed-up from the washing machine drain pipe. Called ROC's to make an appt and due to a cancellation plumbing tech George was here in short order. He identified the trouble, rodded the line and checked and double checked that everything was in working order. George is very professional and knowledgeable. Made my day that my problem was solved so quickly. Plus their pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend ROC's!

Every time we've called Roc's, they've seemingly bent over backwards to help us. Every technician that's been to our home has been knowledgeable, honest, neat and quick.

We called to have our main rodded and they came out next day, knocked out the job and left no sign they were even here, except a clean main line. They're our go-to for all our plumbing needs.

It's hard to find honest, reliable, professional company's. Roc's plumbing is one of them. Whenever we've had a plumbing issue Roc's has been on point every time. They're always on time and professional. You'll get an explanation of the problem and the solution. Today I had a sump pump problem. Called in the morning and two hours later the problem was resolved. Great service!

We have used Roc for all of our plumbing issues and I cannot say enough great things about them! I called this morning and got a voicemail and figured I would try back later. Gabby ended up calling ME back apologizing for missing my call. I explained our situation and she was able to get us scheduled service the same day (today). Mike and Luis came out and did an amazing job! They are professional, reliable and explain everything they are doing and all issues they've found. I myself know nothing about plumbing, so I nod my head and ask more about how much it's going to cost. They have not only rodded(sp?) our pipes, but they have also fixed a busted pipe under our bathroom sink and fixed our sump pump. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable!

I hired Roc's to work on an overhead sewer conversion and kitchen remodel. Not only is Rocco great to work with, but his staff is completely thorough and professional. My basement no longer floods and the kitchen works great. Rocco worked within my budget to get me the job I wanted.

I have used Roc's Plumbing for years. They have done projects for me that were both small and big. I even had them come and take apart my vanity sink when I dropped my earring down the drain. When they replaced my ejector pump, which I thought was going to be an icky and messy job, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was there not one drip of ""yuk"" from the pump being brought from the basement to the truck but the entire area where the pump was replaced was sprayed with a disinfectant. Today two of Roc's Plumbing associates installed my new kitchen sink and faucet. What a beautiful job. They tarped the entire kitchen floor and had to do some fancy figuring to put a very modern sink that I picked out into a not so modern hole in the countertop. Besides the quality of their work and the friendly nature of their associates they are the neatest and the most clean plumbers I've ever used.

I would Highly recommend Roc's Plumbing!! 5 stars isn't enough. They are professional, reasonable, and very clean work. They treat you not just like a client . Sharon. And Mike helped me out with a major plumbing problem I had with another company. I needed help during a week where we got a bad storm and there was a lot of flooding and they were very busy and were able to squeeze me in. They will work with you. They do a wonderful job! If you look you will see they are very recommended. They take there time not rushed. Very honest company !! Mike is the plumber that took care of my house plumbing problem. He explained everything clearly. So everyone if you ever need a plumber please call Roc's Plumbing! A company that is loyal and honest !

We had a gas leak(!) and Roc's came to the rescue in fixing an old, old leaking valve as well as a second (!) leak.

We had two outside water spigots that were about a century old, lousy to screw a hose to; both replaced and one got a new shut-off valve in a convenient small space, easy to access. Roc's team are pros; the do a good job, a clean job, on time, fast, well-thought-out, trustworthy, worth the price and they are affordable. We're GRATEFUL for their help when we needed them! The community relies on Roc's; we see why! Kudos, Roc; you guys ROCK!
