OK, I admit it. I thought I was pretty smart, but I just can't figure out how Rocco does it. From the moment you contact his company, you become a valued customer. You are treated like gold by everyone you encounter, whether by phone or in person. The best feature is that you can contact the owner, Rocco, directly and easily. Dealing with him is like talking to your trusted next door neighbor. He genuinely cares about his customers, and he exudes enormous satisfaction in the establishment he founded and operates. He always returns calls promptly, and he is as honest as the day is long. Rocco wants all of his jobs to be performed to the same standard of quality that he would insist upon in his own home. That says it all.

Today I needed some pipes replaced, and the worker had completed the job quickly with no mess or noise. How is this even possible?

I have used Roc's Plumbing several times now, and have recommended them to others. I can't help but be impressed with what I call their 4 P's: professionalism, politeness, performance, and price!

Plumbers simply aren't supposed to be this great. Rocco makes all the others look like amateurs!

In today's world, expert work and exceptional service appear to be increasingly rare. It is remarkable to find a company that still has a plentiful sense of pride partnered with a personal touch.

Rocco, thanks for another superior job in my home. My basement double sink and new pipework are very impressive. George is such a great guy and a fantastic plumber. You take the worry out of homeowners' water problems, and the expertise of your workers makes large jobs seem effortless.

These guys are fantastic. Truly if you are in need of plumbing service
give them a call. You will not regret it. I had a very old toilet needing repair. Michael came and looked it over. He suggested that it would be best to replace it rather then try to fix. Gave a complete description of what they would do and offered a very fair price. Gino came the next day to install. Here's the amazing part. The new toilet's base was a little smaller then the old toilet. The floor tile didn't cover the area. About an inch short. Gino said he could patch around it but first wanted to know if I had an old tile that matched. I didn't. So what does he do. Takes a picture of the tile with his smart phone and goes looking to see if he can find a match. Went to numerous stores but unfortunately could not find a match. He patched around the toilet and it looks great. Now how many plumbers would take the time to make that kind of effort. And did not charge extra for the time Gino was gone looking for the tile. They charged the exact price Michael gave me the day before. I will use these great guys again if I ever need plumbing service.

Our home had a few little problems with random rust issues and broken parts, as well as dripping issues, so we called Roc's and they were able to come next day (today)! The plumber Gino was very nice and efficient and he did a wonderful job fixing and replacing broken and rusted parts in our two upstairs faucets and one downstairs faucet, and well as our outside hose. He finished 4 jobs in an hour and it was apparent he knee exactly the problem and what he was doing in every situation. We wanted a new faucet in our kitchen, and he had the exact one we were thinking in his truck.

Gino was clean and respectful, and he made sure that he put on his shoe covers every time he came into the house. I highly recommend this company, and my family will use this company for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!

My main sewer line was plugged with tree roots. Roc's crew was out the same day. they were able to rod out a small opening to get the sewer open, but had to come back to install a cleanout in my front lawn after the winter frost was gone. They were prompt, courteous and very neat considering what they had to do (one worker did not want to track mud on my driveway). I've used them before and will call them again.

I recently needed a plumber in an emergency as I had a water leak and was about to show my home to a potential buyer. I was given Roccos name by a mutual friend. After a call to Rocco, he sent a plumber to my home within an hour. Michael was very professional explained the problem , fixed it and was out the door in 45 minutes. Total professionals from start to finish . I have used numerous companies in the past with my homes but Rocs just went above and beyond to help at a stressful time, and my home is outside of the area he normally serves . If you want a top quality company Rocs Plumbing should be your first call.

Called Roc's Plumbing to see if they could replace my old green toilet's chain and flapper. Roc said it would be about $125 and they would replace the assembly. So Michael comes out and looks at the toilet and says right away he recommends replacing the toilet. He never even tried to flush the toilet to see what was working and what wasn't!! He says that he could replace the parts, but then something else could go wrong, ""just so I know"". I asked if he felt comfortable doing the job and again he pushed for the new toilet. I remarked that was not an option, I just wanted the chain and flapper replaced. He continued to state that something could go wrong, like the toilet leaking. I stated that people replace this all the time, and don't rip out the whole toilet for $25 in parts! He asks if I want it fixed, and I replied that it doesn't seem like you can do the job. I called Roc and told him what happened. He said he would talk to Michael to see what kind of toilet I had. I waited over an hour and finally called Roc back again, and he said ""oh I have been busy and was going to call you back"" and states that Michael preferred to replace the toilet because they can't guarantee everything will go ok to repair it. Said thanks for not getting back to me, on top of your lousy repairman.
There are plenty of plumbers out there looking to repair instead of covering their butt and going with replacing something that the customer doesn't want or can't afford!!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. A neighbor recommended them to me. We bought a new house and had sewer gas leaking into our basement. It smelled horrible and I could not figure out the source. I had multiple plumbers look at it. Then I called Rocco. He suggested that I remove the grease trap in our basement to solve the problem. His price was VERY reasonable. I basically hired them on the spot over the phone. They were able to get a crew out the NEXT day! Crew was great, helped with a couple of other unrelated minor issues I had, removed grease trap..were very professional, clean, and courteous. Horrible odor that I've been dealing with for the past 3 months is gone. Our newborn baby is safe from the fumes. I am beyond happy with the outcome.
Will use Roc's for any of our future plumbing needs.
