One of the few times a contractor recommended by American Home Shield has been really good!
The service requested was to clear the ""clean-out"" to the sewer.
They came out, were professional, respectful & friendly, and completed the work quickly.
The guy used a high power water device with some kind of blade on the end of it rather than the traditional auger that can get stuck. He said it was more advanced than the traditional method. I'm sold since things were quickly back to normal - was here for about an hour in total!!!

Went through warranty with AHS and was connected with Rocky's. They were great! Understand that if you go through AHS, it's a process to follow. You'll likely have to leave a message when you call directly,(because I know I'm not the only customer in the queue :P) but they WILL call you back. Our bathroom was experiencing back up/flooding and when the team came by, they were able to clear the clog and also diagnose the root of the problem. I could tell that there was years of experience in the way he articulated causes to the clog (based on our type of home, home age, area, and possible pipe types) and he was 100% correct. The drain pipe was not leveled in the correct direction. We were able to resolve the issue with our contractors by telling them that and got the faulty pipe releveled in the proper direction. Saved us $$$ in the long run thanks to Rocky's team. Great service overall and easy payment options. Appreciated their upfront honesty and willing to work with me. Will def work with them again!

Similar to another post, I was referred to them after requesting service through American Home Shield. I didn't receive a call back within 24 hours as stated in my initial communication with AHS. The initial contact from AHS stated that I would receive a call from Rocky's within 24 hours , not 24 to 48 hours. I also left a message at the number provided. Of note, their voicemail doesn't state the business name which does not provide me with confidence especially after reading previous reviews. I called a few times during business hours but my calls went to voicemail. Very frustrating!

The best experience I could have asked for!!! I was referred to Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter from a family member who used their services prior. I called and was helped by Natalie who got me an appt. the following day.

Karl came out on time and jumped right in. He was super friendly, professional, and great to work with. He assessed and identified the problem right away and began working on it. Our home had been experiencing clogging in our pipes and couldn't figure out how to best address it. Not only did Karl fix our issue but he took steps to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

As a homeowner, one of my biggest struggles is finding trustworthy companies to give honest service. Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter is that...trustworthy and honest! Highly recommend.

I was referred to Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter by American House Shield. They are very unresponsive and unprofessional. The female representative whom I believe is the office manager blatantly lied and super rude. They don't answer callers, just send all calls to voicemail (the 3 times I called them).

American Home shield sent Karl and his apprentice. Karl was great and really appreciated him coming to fix our issue. Karl communicated well and explained the issue and was responsive. We also hired him to fix a separate issue outside of what American home shield gave us. Thanks Karl.

We were referred to Rocky's by American Home Shield. The assistant was very communicative and texted us service appts and approximate arrival times. We had several issues and they kept coming back until all of the issues were resolved without additional fees and without us being present.
