My water heater sprung a leak , I called around and on a Sunday reached Rocky the plumber. He came out Monday morning and replaced my water heater , and fixed my issues that caused it to go out prematurely. Very professional, and very thorough. He replaced all pieces and did not reuse any of the old parts. What he quoted me was what I paid. You get what you pay for, if you want a plumber that's honest and dependable with good work ethics call ROCKY, if you're ok with a mediocre job look elsewhere. Rocky is the Best! Several years ago I had city water lines put in (Bentonville) and on my side the line broke during the night. I woke up the next morning to a flooded yard. I called several plumbers and Rocky was the only one that said, ""I w ill be there in an hour"" - on a Saturday! He came, he fixed the problem, the cost was extremely reasonable - I have used him ever since. Very Professional. Lisa
