I have called on Jeff several times in the last year for various plumbing work at our primary residence and a condo we own in Irvine. He has cleared drains, installed new faucets, a new toilet, repaired and rerouted old plumbing and fixed leaky faucets. He is always friendly and professional and his work is outstanding. We had some flooding on our garage, so we needed to find a plumber very quickly. Jeff was great. He was able to come as soon as we called in and fixed the issue almost immediately. In addition, he charged the most reasonable prices. The totally came out to be only $89, compared to other compiled we have called previously with the same issue that charged us $150. Awesome service! Jeff came and unclogged my uncloggable toilet. I tried everything from dish soap to Drano max and even an auger, but nothing worked. He came in and quickly found the issue and removed the plastic piece that was clogging the toilet.

We called Jeff to fix a clog in our toilet. He was very thorough, first trying to clean the drain and then diagnosing the problem as scale built up in the toilet body. He cleaned the scale and it is working great. On a personal level, very interesting, good guy. Highly recommend.

Called, talked to the guy, he said probably Monday after 11 but then asked for my phone number and said he was in a job and would call.

Told my wife I thought he was blowing me off. She thought he'd call or come. NOPE.

Called another family guy plumber at 11 on Monday. By Tuesday noon job done, customer satisfied, neighbors told.

I called on a Sunday night at 9 to make an appointment. Jeff answered immediately & came out the next day. My problem was unusual but not critical (the lever the allow water to be trapped or released from my tub is stuck). He diagnosed the problem and returned a week later after and attempted to correct it. He was knowledgeable and very fair in what he charged. I would highly recommend him.
