I don't know if this even qualifies as a satisfied 'customer' but I had some rudimentary plumbing issues. On a Saturday morning, instead of coming out and charging me, Jeff spent about 15 mins on the phone with me and talked me through potential solutions that ended up being about $4 and 30 mins of work myself.

He even followed up one of the issues via text after I showed him some pictures.

I love that kind of integrity; I've now found my new plumber for any future needs!

Very pleased with the service that I got from Rocky Rooter. Had a great customer service experience with Karen over the phone, and Jeff arrived earlier than i had anticipated. They were upfront and transparent with pricing (unlike most of the other plumbers that I called). Jeff has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. Jeff has serviced us many times, for several reasons. My kid has autism, and has a habit of routinely flushing items down the toilet and clogging it. We have also had him fix/install items around the house. Jeff came right away to unclog a toy my son stuck down the toilet. He was super efficient and was able to get it out under five minutes. Other places wanted to come by and see the toilet first to provide a quote, but I loved how they were able to provide an upfront price on the phone and scheduled a same day service.

I was having some low flow issues with flushing toilet and turning on the water faucet at the same time. I reached out to Jeff and he was responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem, got the part, and scheduled service.

When he arrived at my house, he noticed that I had a water softener and recommended me to check that first before he replaced anything. He didn't want to replace a part and waste my money if it wasn't the issue.

I checked my softener and it turns out that it was the issue. Great to find a trustworthy, honest and helpful plumber. Highly recommend!
