Jeff understood and fixed he issue with my bath tub quickly. He also noticed another problem, and recommended to fix it. The repair cost was very reasonable. I hope not to need their service too often :) but I will be glad to call them any time I need plumbing work in the future.

I called four plumbers and this was the only one that asked for pictures. They were also the best quote out there. Karen communicated with me via text and phone to coordinate a time for scheduling. Amazing service! Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had a clogged kitchen sink for 3 days. We called warranty and they were not reliable so I found Rocky Rooter and they came to the rescue! Quickest turnaround and came the next morning while also giving a reasonable price. Karen was super helpful and Jeff was very personable, clean and efficient when switching out the garbage disposal.
