Chong Y.We had a set date for our initial meeting but they didn't show up. I had to contact them to see what's was going on. They didn't apologize for no show and had no intent of contacting me that they weren't going to show up. They wasted my afternoon as this was for a project location. So I gave them another shot to come the next day, mistake on my part but I needed a plumber. And I did agreed to there consulting fee of $62 including tax. (I don't know anyone else in the industry charging for an estimate) i received the estimate the next day and I see these guy make their profit on the consulting fee because the estimate was by far out the ballpark. Total waste of time and $62. Save your money and time by moving on! I do not recommend Rocky Point to anyone!

What I thought was going to be a quick and simple job (small commercial job) ended up much more complicated and Kyle stuck through it to help me open my business as soon as possible in the middle of the pandemic. Fair on pricing and communicates well. He'll ensure your needs are met, your plumbing is up to code, and take care of the details so that you can focus on your primary job.

Amanda H.After realizing my project was too big for a diyer, I bit the bullet and contacted a plumber. I was grateful to Rocky Point for taking the time and explaining everything that was involved in my faucet swap and shutoff valve replacement. I was kept informed when to expect his arrival so that I could make sure my animals were not going to be in the way. As well as which door I prefer he be using. Now that I'm an established client they keep records of past maintenance for future reference, as well as contacting company for any product issues (can you call the cable company on my behalf? Lol!)
