Sergio came out to review the scope of my project. Very polite, informative, and the way he would address each item gave me confidence he was the right person for the job. After two weeks, I finally received an estimate. It was reasonably priced compared to another estimate I had. We agreed to a date for starting the job, the date led me to shorten a planned trip but I wanted the job done as soon as possible so it didn't seem like a sacrifice. I arrived home the morning before the job was to begin, only to experience him never showing up and never answering my calls. Today is 3 days after the scheduled start date and he still isn't responding.

A lot of my time was wasted. My trip cut short, and my wasted PTO to support the effort. If he didn't want or need the work, he should have communicated that to me, instead of completely burning me and doing me wrong as if I had wronged him.

My shower knob stopped working couldn't get hot water to come out inside was broken as well as knob.My property manager gave them the work order. They showed up on Wednesday and couldn't find the right knob to replace mine. They came back Saturday and still didn't have the right size. He said I'll order one that will come Monday and he'll call me to let me know. I didn't hear anything from them so I called the next Friday and he said he was going to warehouse and would call me to schedule replacement . Still didn't hear anything at all from them. I want to add that I called them a few times between when I finally got ahold of them and no answer. So I finally get ahold of him Thursday and he's like oh the part just got here and I'll come tomorrow morning after telling me he's gonna order it to come in one day. It took them 3 weeks to fix the shower knob not very good work or communication from them at all

Dispatched through Home Warranty Company in late July for a dripping tub faucet, needed parts which did not fix the issue. Then waited for over one month for the 'Okay' from Home warranty Company to open the wall to replace the valve, I think they actually forgot to call them. Valve was the wrong size & fit for my older fixtures. Back to Ferguson's to get the correct Valve that was Sept. 24th. Still waiting without any end in site, holiday company coming soon. Taking way too long.

Rocky Point Plumbing is a great company. They were sent to my home to install my broken water heater 4 years ago by my home warranty company and did an excellent job. That water heater started leaking last week and my home warranty sent another company out to replace it. That company tried to say that the water heater installation needed over $500.00 worth of upgrades to bring it up to code. I told them they were full of S#!t and requested Rocky Point to my home warranty company. They came out the same day and fixed the water heater the next day without any upgrades needed. Just a swap out of the heater took about an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company. Excellent experience both times that they were sent to my home.

Our water heater busted yesterday afternoon. We called around looking for a plumber to get us a new one to install since it's still under warranty. We got the most ridiculous quotes from other companies that couldn't even come till days or weeks later. Rocky point plumbing was the last phone call we made and they were able to get someone out the next morning. They took care of everything for us and we are up & running within a couple hours. This place had the most reasonable price! I most definitely will recommend them to anyone in need. Vegas needs more honest companies like this. Keep up the good work Rocky Point you guys rock!

Rocky Point were dispatched by Fidelity home warranty. I think the plumbers name is Oscar, but anyway he was pleasant and professional. He knew exactly what was broken on my 2 faucets and repaired them on the spot. Thank you for your pleasant demeanor and work ethics.

Forced to use this company since I was living in a rental home. The house had a back up problem, the tech says it was from using wet wipes. I told him we don't use wet wipes. Whatever, problem was fixed. Temporarily. Started backing up a week later. Same tech comes out, not as friendly as the first time. Says it's from wipes again. I say, again, I don't use wet wipes. He says the mess is not his problem and it's our responsibility. Ok fine. Then I get an email from my rental company. They tell me I'm responsible for the bill due to negligence since I continued using wipes. It's not the bill I'm frustrated over. It's the fact he called me a liar. I think he just did a terrible job first time out. Oh well, no way to prove it.

Felipe was dispatched out to our home, from our home warranty, to diagnose a leaking water heater. Within a couple minutes we got news we would need a new water heater. Felipe left and came back within an hour to replace our old water heater with a new one and also set us up with much better earthquake straps. I will definitely recommend Rocky Point to anyone needing a plumber in the future.

Rocky Point was assigned to our home for a home warranty call. Our toilet supply line was leaking. They arrived on time, fixed it, and even looked at another issue we were having in a separate bathroom and told us how to fix it. We have some renovation projects planned and I will definitely be calling Rocky Point to have them back to our home in the future. They were professional and fast.
