They showed up in the most dire circumstances, no water , freezing temp, and a DYI guy over is head. I have never been so disparate that they could of cleaned my bank. They didn't ""Eric and Qwon "" did the most impressive job that when I asked them what the damage was, he ""Eric"" took what I had in cash. This was not only under what he quoted me this is what he thought I could pay. In these times of hard financial strains he found it upon himself to make it right. What I mean by right is that I tried to pay him almost twice what he charged me, he would not take it. THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM ANY DAY.

Eric and team did a wonderful job. Great attention to detail on a project with a couple unexpected issues. Replaced a sink and two fixtures, redoing all the pipes below and reattaching the existing disposal unit.

When it was all done, they noticed that the weight in back on the pull-down faucet would bonk into a pipe when I used it, so they moved the pipe! this kind of attention to detail means that I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing work.

Rocky Mountain Plumbing did the plumbing for several large plumbing needs: our kitchen remodel; laundry area relocation; and replacing our hot water heater on a Super Bowl Sunday. This time, when our kitchen faucet went kaplooey and we had no water in the kitchen, my husband spoke with Lisa. She said they were busy and that she would give Eric the message and that he would call us by the end of the day. We never even received a call back.
I guess they only want the large jobs. Our next large job will go to the plumber who did make time to fix our small job and did it with a smile.

We love Rocky Mountain Plumbing! They have worked on multiple projects on our house and we have nothing but the best things to say. Most recently our garbage disposal went out and the shower/tub combo was dripping. They came after squeezing us in last minute and took care of both issues quickly and efficiently (time is money so we REALLY appreciated it! They don't up-charge on anything so you know you are getting quality and they are always really upfront and honest. Pricing is also very reasonable and honestly I wouldn't use anyone else at this point. If you need a plumber you should most definitely use Rocky Mountain Plumbing!

I arranged for Eric to check on two minor leaks at a rental house we own in Sandy. He recommended a couple of easy fixes we could handle ourselves, then would not accept payment for his time since he only spent a few minutes. How often does that happen? Arrived on time, did a good job and was cost reasonable. When I called several months later, twice I was told he was too busy to come. A few months later, I called, left a message regarding another plumbing problem and my call was not returned.
