Be aware! These guys are not answering for warranty.
They fixed some lines that were leaking at home... Several weeks later one of the lines start leaking again, we call them and explained the situation. They set an appointment but never showed up. After that they are not answering the phone nor text messages nothing!
What a bad customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Especially if you are going through American Home Shield Home Warranty! We were told someone would be calling us within 24 hours to MAKE an appointment. Nobody called us to make an appointment, instead we had someone come out from this company and demand I come home to open my door. He barely spoke English, which made it hard to communicate with him. I asked him who he was with and what his name was. I couldn't understand him. When I told him I was at work and couldn't make it home, he got irritated with me. We didn't make an appointment, no service was done, and we were still charged $100 for a service call. Its going on 3 weeks with no refund. NOPE! Because of this company, we canceled our home warranty with AHS. We will never work with either one of these companies ever again. So disappointing!

Beware...If you have any work done by this company , especially by a person named ViJay Kumar, make sure you get a quote in writing . they will come over start the work and then they say its worse than they thought and they will requote a price over in the thousands of dollars more than the original quote. They quoted me, that they would have to go all the way to the middle of the street to fix. They fixed the pipe as far as the original quote. They did dig a few feet past the original quote, that was unnecessary. They were sneaky enough to make sure and erase the markings they made on the street . Then Vijay denied that he and his partner agreed that they had to fix the pipe all the way to the city pipe in the middle of the street. Do not take their word before they continue unless you have the full job in writing for any add-ons . Unfortunately I got a loan through their connections and the bank paid the entire bill before the work was completed . My son in law fixed 99 % of the sprinklers Vijay's workers tore out . After 5-6 calls they finally came back and finished fixing the rest of the sprinklers but left my yard in a mess. I then had to call them again to bring back more top soil to try to level out the front yard. It was still not back to par but I did the best I could do to repair myself. So beware if this company , Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Remodel does any work for you. Do not trust anything they tell you. Get it all in writing.
