Understand that the personnel are extremely nice and respectable. My beef is with their pricing. I called for an appliance check before winter-furnace, fireplace, water heater, cook stove. I listed everything and was quoted $79. When the repairman arrive evidently the $79 was simply to drive into the driveway because to look at the appliances was an additional $125. Believe it or not though the most upsetting was that the previous charges would not be absorbed into the $700 repairs that were necessary. I've never experienced that and we simply called it quits. The charges were way too high

I give them 2 to 3 stars. RMM disn't actually perform work for me because of an astronomical quote. $925.. I repeated to make sure I heard right. The RMM person confirmed. Work required replacing a broken vent elbow and 24"" riser into the kitchen. I supply ALL materials! None of the existing vent needed attention (see photo)

I found a local handyman who performed the job next morning for about 1/10 RMMs quote. The handy man was done in about 1/2 hour.

I gave RMM an extra star as I may not have been clear with them about the total scope of work.

They came on the time they said they would. Very nice gentleman. Found the problem and there where no up charges. He even offered to clean up the little mess he made getting into the attic. I would recommend them.

Rocky Mountain Mechanical has done outstanding HVAC work for us over the several years we've owned a home in Emmett, ID. Earlier this year, Bill replaced our entire, outdated, HVAC system with a superb Trane system. We couldn't be more pleased. Bill took the time to thoroughly assess our needs, advise on options and alternatives and quote us a great price. His crew did a fantastic job of replacing the old system, and cleaned out the decades old (and dirty) air ducts. The difference after installation was amazing, and it's so efficient that the cost savings is fabulous. The work was done on time, neatly performed, and sparkling clean. We couldn't be happier. Would recommend Bill Kurta and his crew any time for any job!
