I called Rocky Mountain Catastrophe and Restoration and they responded very quickly and mobilized the needed resources to access the damage and move heaven and earth to get the place dried out and ready for rehabilitation. They struggled to help me deal with a very recalcitrant insurance company to claw back as much coverage for the damages as possible. But that is another story. They went over their repair estimates several times to inform the three claims adjusters of the errors they were making. This was beyond the call of duty! Their timely intervention and attention to detail was amazing from the first people on the scene, to the accountants in the back room with the sharp pencils, to the people who new what tests to perform which supplies to use. I whole heartedly recommend them and their team to help you with if and when you experience damage to your home. The cost of their services was very fair and really an outstanding value as they helped me deal with the insurance company!

This is a very challenging business to deal with. In my experience they are not great communicators with customers or insurance adjusters. I dealt with four of their employees, one was professional and apologetic, one was so rude I could not work with him, and the other two were mostly indifferent. One person responsible for restoration quotes told me she was unable to quote due to a another employee whom she wanted me to call to resolve the apparent conflict between the two. The actual mitigation work seems to get done reasonably well but the back office team leaves much to be desired, and the final billing was vastly different than the insurance adjuster predicted, and included erroneous charges. Watch out for a contract which does not have a fixed price or even an estimate. You are in for an unpleasant surprise.
