Our project was to install a sink and faucet in our new Casita kitchenette, drawing a water source from an adjacent bathroom and tying into the bathroom drain. Paul came over in advance and provided an estimate. I needed the project done on a certain day and timeframe and they accommodated my schedule. The job was done efficiently right to the estimate, and the guys also fixed a leaking hose bib.

Just a couple days later we noticed on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 that we had no hot water in the main house. My wife called and Melissa said she had someone in the area, and Stuart was here within 30 minutes. Seems it was a control box setting which he fiddled with and got it up and running. All fixed in less than an hour from the call. Best part of all? He did not charge us! Just cannot beat that service! Based on these first two experiences, we highly recommend Rocksteady!

As Murphy's Law would have it, our kitchen sink decided to back up on the evening of yesterday's holiday. Naturally. It was too late to get anyone out here, and probably would've been too expensive anyway. We had calls in to a few of the highly-rated plumbing companies, then this morning did response time and pricing comparisons. Rocksteady easily won hands down on both of those fronts, but would they come through on the actual service we needed?

They absolutely did. Owner Paul arrived two minutes before the promised window of time; asked the right pre-diagnostic questions before starting; laid down a protective mat in the area he'd be working in; after determining what was actually going on brought in the proper equipment needed to clear out the offending clog (somewhere about 15 feet down!); worked carefully and efficiently; cleaned up the area afterward; and even brought in our final bill at a little less than had been originally quoted. Wow.

Rocksteady provided us with a painless, stress-free, EXCEPTIONAL service experience, and we unreservedly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I absolutely love this place. I called Rocksteady at 10am and a prompt came on and asked me what I needed. I responded with the info and they answered immediately. They had an opening at 1pm, which I took. My pipe in the kitchen had separated and I had water all over the floor. He replaced the the drain stopper in my bathroom and augered my toilet and upped the water level. He removed everything from under the kitchen sink, cleaned everything and put everything back the way it was. He did all of this in an hour. I t would have taken 2 hours for the old plumbers I have used 7in the past. BTW, his name was Brandon. He was great. He kept me informed about everything he was doing. I thought the price was very reasonable. I give Rocksteady and Brandon five gold stars .
