Thanks to Shawn at Rocksteady Plumbing for resolving my plumbing problem yesterday. He was pleasant and efficient, and my washing machine is no longer backing up into my shower during the spin cycle. Yuk!! Also, thanks to Melissa for offering me an available time slot a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. So deserving of five stars.

Kudos to Rocksteady plumber, Cameron, for his courtesy and efficiency in replacing four exterior hose bibs this morning! He did an excellent job, quickly while improving the stability of the connections. Took time to advise us in a friendly manner. We will call on him for our next emergency! Our water heater started to leak. It was discovered in early evening. I called Rock Steady and actually got a person! Not only was that person there, Melissa, called one of the guys, Jared, and he proceeded to get on the phone and walk me through turning the water heater off, and how to drain it, and unplug everything so it would not continue to flood, and be safe. I needed the help and was so relieved in knowing that the water would not continue to flood. Especially since the timing was right before the weekend. They were there Monday, got the new water heater in, and we were back in business. I was so thankful and appreciative to all who helped me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They are a fabulous group of people to work with. Thank you again Rock Steady!!!

Our project was to install a sink and faucet in our new Casita kitchenette, drawing a water source from an adjacent bathroom and tying into the bathroom drain. Paul came over in advance and provided an estimate. I needed the project done on a certain day and timeframe and they accommodated my schedule. The job was done efficiently right to the estimate, and the guys also fixed a leaking hose bib.

Just a couple days later we noticed on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 that we had no hot water in the main house. My wife called and Melissa said she had someone in the area, and Stuart was here within 30 minutes. Seems it was a control box setting which he fiddled with and got it up and running. All fixed in less than an hour from the call. Best part of all? He did not charge us! Just cannot beat that service! Based on these first two experiences, we highly recommend Rocksteady!
