Had valves that needed to be replaced on a kitchen water line. Had never dealt with compression ones before so I called in the am and they came out around 3. It took them 40 minutes to get the old faucet off because of a corroded screw. Then they installed a new one. Alex and the other guy (bad with names) were awesome. Professional, helpful and we're careful not to damage anything. The price for the parts and labor were more than reasonable. I would highly recommend.

We emailed Paul yesterday to ask for an appointment today for our tankless water heater and he was here bright and shiny and on time this morning.

He is an authorized service repair person for Rinnai which is the manufacturer of our tankless unit.

He has a super cool truck (check out his website...I did), it helped me make the decision as there were 3 certified vendors for Rinnai in the area. Of course I checked out my fellow Yelpers reviews and selected Paul from all the data.

I loved that I could email him directly from his website and that it offered a photo of his truck and of what he looked like as well. It must be a new photo because it looks exactly like him, cool beard an all.

He went over the top by placing a drop cloth below his ladder (our unit is in the attic), we have high ceilings and he had no problems hiking to the top rungs to get our issues resolved.

Of course our unit wasn't pinging and giving off the error code like it was yesterday, but we were able to describe what was going on and he was able to trouble shoot the issues.

One cool thing that he did before leaving was brilliant....(from another salesperson), he asked if there was anything else he could do...love this! I forgot I'd ordered soap dispensers for my kitchen faucet a year ago and they've sat under the sink since I've ordered them as my husband didn't want to take apart our faucet and the plate etc to install them.

He had some extra time so he got to work and I finally have my dispensers IN my sink instead of on top of my sink. Yippee... A big hoo rah for the ASK while leaving or I wouldn't have even thought of it. Brilliant!!! They're perfect and the job looks great.

Thank you, thank you. I've found my new local plumber. Anyone else in town with these tankless units will be pleased as they are a specialty item and not all plumbers can work on them or are certified to do so.

I found him by working backwards from the Rinnai site and cross checking with Yelp, so thank you again to those of you who have yelped...keep on yelping...we need each other!

Paul is my new go-to plumber. Answered the phone himself, arrived within the time frame he said he would (3 hours after phone call).
He found out that our water heater was still under warranty, and replaced the broken pilot mechanism while only charging for labor.
Also spent time explaining home water filtration systems, and let me know what was available on the market, without any pressure whatsoever to buy anything.
Highly recommend!
