Our water heater went out (regular residential 50-gallon unit). We have nothing but high praise for Rocksteady and their plumber, Lance. He was on time, very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. We had originally called a large competitor of theirs to do the work, thinking they were the company that did the original install 13 years ago. They, too, were timely but, they quoted us $6,000 to do the job. I then called Rocksteady who, without haggling of any king, quoted us a price of about 1/3 of what the other company quoted. I appreciate Rocksteady's customer service and honest pricing. We are very happy with the experience.

Years ago we had a whole-house water filter installed via our garage. It was plastic (not good, but usual) and lasted 8 years before it failed and started to leak in our garage.

Called Rocksteady and they would have been out that day but it was a slow leak and not around drywall so I said the next day would be fine.

Lance showed up at precisely the time promised. I had found a few extra things that also needed to be done like service our Rinnai tankless waterheater. Service performed to excellent standard and as quoted price.

Very happy with their service and would use them again. Very appreciative of their professionalism since most of the other area plumbers have been bought up by a large company and service has gone way down with them.

I am so very appreciative to Shawn as well as the Receptionist (very helpful and nice..but didn't get her name) being able to promptly fix an immediate water leak as well as an additional one. I was pulling hairs out not being home to troubleshoot the problem knowing it's causing damage. My family met Shawn at the door and reported he was very kind, courteous and conscientious. He was able to quickly locate the problem and fix it. He cleaned up all the puddled water and fixed an additional but separate blumbing leak with our toilet.
