I called Rocksteady when the only toilet in my home broke. The office was quick to respond to my call and scheduled an appointment for the same day. They kept in contact with me so that I did not need to leave my job early to wait for them. Tyler was was friendly and efficient and it was quickly repaired. I chose Rocksteady because of their great reviews, and another plumber recommended them to me when they did not service my area. I am happy to recommend them to others as well.

Lance came out after our call for an appointment at the designated time. He was very professional and honest and cleared and diagnosed our root issue with an exact location and repair needed in the future. Rocksteady will be our go to plumbing service going forward.

I have used Rocksteady Plumbing for years. I first used them when I was running a property management business and needed a plumber at all crazy times. He was wonderful working with our tenants and my staff. Since I retired I have used Paul on my own personal residence and my rental properties and have always been very satisfied. Kudos to Rocksteady plumber, Cameron, for his courtesy and efficiency in replacing four exterior hose bibs this morning! He did an excellent job, quickly while improving the stability of the connections. Took time to advise us in a friendly manner. We will call on him for our next emergency! Our water heater started to leak. It was discovered in early evening. I called Rock Steady and actually got a person! Not only was that person there, Melissa, called one of the guys, Jared, and he proceeded to get on the phone and walk me through turning the water heater off, and how to drain it, and unplug everything so it would not continue to flood, and be safe. I needed the help and was so relieved in knowing that the water would not continue to flood. Especially since the timing was right before the weekend. They were there Monday, got the new water heater in, and we were back in business. I was so thankful and appreciative to all who helped me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They are a fabulous group of people to work with. Thank you again Rock Steady!!!
