Called at 9am Saturday 9/28 for a leaking indoor pipe. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I previously used their service for a water main break and was pleased. Site advertises 24/7 emergency, but not true if you never call back.

So came into the kitchen to start catching up on some cooking and cleaning to find puddles from midway, out to the front of the house. So inplugged the fridge, but that justmelted everthing that was keeping the free!er cold. Plugged it back in and could hear hissing. Long story short, it was my icemaker, which was probably leaking, but getting absorbed by my floor. Then it rained, hence the indoor puddles. Angel & Ian came out after what was a prebooked busy day. Disconnected the water, which I was unable to do, (I tried!!) Instant fix! Also got advice on water softener. Great guys, showed up when they said they would. Very efficient and informative. Will definitely call again!

There is something so comforting about having someone come to your house when you are freaking out over a plumbing issue and the guy actually taking the time to listen to us vent. We were hesitant to call someone for a while now after reading literal horror stories about what other companies have done to peoples homes.. but not Rockstar Plumbing. Not only was our guy, DAVID GONZALES* super empathetic to our situation, he came within 2 hours and had our issues resolved THAT DAY!! He was professional, time sensitive, and attentive. He explained all of our plumbing issues in terms that we actually understand and even gave us quotes on all of the items we need to look at; he even pointed out an issue that may get worse with time and we didn't even notice it until he told us. David took the time to clean up everything before he left (we've had people leave dirt on our floors, dirty footprints, etc.)

We will 1000% be using this company again when fixing our other bathroom and recommend anyone to utilize them. Whether it's a major fix or something you just need looked at and want the peace of mind knowing, these guys seriously make the effort to give you the best service.

Rockstar Plumbing and crew truly came through for me. SAWS had notified me of heavy water usage occurring over several days and I started to see puddles in the yard. Due to the amount of water that had been leaking there were several wet areas. With the house being less than four years old I tried the insurance company who dispatched a plumbing company. That was a waste of time and $75 for a two-minute look to determine whatever my issue is was not covered. I immediately jumped on-line to look for a reliable plumbing company that had plenty of reviews backing up their service. I will admit, Rockstar jumped out but due to the amount of reviews I initially passed. When I contacted the second company for service, who were very professional and courteous, they were concerned that there could be multiple leaks so they suggested to get a leak detection service first and to call them back. The leak detection company had a two-week lead time before their first available appointment. By this point I was tired of shutting off my main water line every morning and night. I went back online and came back to my initial instinct with Rockstar Plumbing and called to make an appointment, and I am very happy I did. They scheduled me the next day and when they arrived broke down the plan of attack and were very upfront with the pricing and possible LIMFACs. Because the appointment was later in the day I was under the impression that once they assessed the issue I would be scheduled for repair later...wrong. Once they were assured that I understood the process they immediately started getting after it. Within 30 minutes they found the leak, exposed it, confirmed I wanted to press forward and repaired it. David and his partner were very proficient and communicated the issue and possible second and third affects to consider. They wrapped up under two hours and the leak was gone. With the amount of water that had leaked over several weeks I became knowledgeable in reading my meter and usage through the SAWS website. The night of the repair I had noticed a spike in usage around 2 a.m. Sort of panicked, I contacted David the next day and once I explained the spike he calmly assured me it was not an issue and explained it was the water softener doing its thing. The amount of water used and time was consistent to the water softener...and it was. Bottom line...and as stated in another review, these guys are one of the good ones. I hope I never have to use them again but David and Rockstar Plumbing will be my first choice in plumbing going forward. Pride in workmanship and great attitudes do go a long way still. Great plumbing company with outstanding customer service; we have used Rockstar Plumbing since the Big Freeze of 2021. David came out when nobody else would and did not take advantage of the situation; he was honest, well-priced and did a fantastic job. Since then, we have used Rockstar on other occasions to rework jobs other plumbers did poor work on. David is an awesome plumber and true professional who takes his time and makes sure everything is done correctly; definitely pays attention to detail. And we can't forget Taya who heads up the office staff; she provides great customer service and helps in any way possible.

I have used Rockstar Plumbing for 7 different jobs. Everything from new bathroom toilets, to multiple sinks, water heater and bathtub installs. All the work has been phenomenal and very informative. They provide you will detailed instructions about the work and are upfront with all the billing, no hidden fees. David and his apprentices have done work that adds value to my home and looks amazing. Jenny is great at following up and providing to the minute updates on availability and scheduling. This business and its staff have great service which is why I have gone back to them so many times. Their work is worth paying for without a doubt.
