Francisco, the proprietor is an honest, reliable, knowledgeable person who seems to make the difficult easy. The remodel was a long, drawn-out project filled with disappointments and setbacks, contractors that over-promise and under-perform. Francisco was the bright star -- the Rockstar.

My husband and I were halfway through DIYing a full house remodel when we decided we needed to call in reinforcements. We were referred to Rockstar Plumbing and from the moment I met Francisco I was very much relieved that we had a partner in getting our kitchen to the finish line.

Francisco has always been super responsive to my calls and texts and been able to work us into his schedule as we needed. His prices were always more than fair and the members on his team (Alfredo and Frank) are absolutely delightful! Without knowing what we were getting into we decided to purchase high end appiances and everything you think you know about applainces and installs goes out the window when you go for these heavier built-in style professional appliances. Francisco and his team took their time to double confirm what the specifications were and get us as close as realisticaly possible to meeting those. Thanks to their efforts our appliance installs went by without incident. The work they have performed for us is a full kitchen redo (we relocated our stove gasline; went from a double drain sink to a single sink, moved our dishwasher, added a pot filler, RO faucet and garbage disposal button airswitch) as well as moved and raised our fireplace emergency cutoff line. Alfredo even came out on short notice to help us clip our water lines so that we would have a small slit in our sink cabinet instead of having to cut open the whole back to get it onto the wall. They're name is beyond fitting as the entire team there truly are rockstars!

Brent Coleman and his team from Rockstar Plumbing are setting the highest standard for service!! The best at what they do, and even better people. They worked nonstop, quickly efficiently and quietly!! As we worked from home they fixed our whole AC system in record time. You can just tell they love what they do, unmatched professionalism and five stars isn't enough. Wow! I am beyond stoked with this company. I requested a service at about 5pm on a Sunday, got a call that night from Francisco and he had his guys out there the next day at 8:30am - even earlier than they originally thought they could! Our AC was running but no cold air was coming out. Nick was our technician who got the problem diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes. He answered all our questions and we felt super comfortable with the price, service and quality of work. Will absolutely be using these guys again as well as referring them to my clients!! Could not be happier - thanks guys!!

Rockstar Plumbing is definitely a Rockstar company from the owner to their employees, especially their Field Supervisor Alfredo Ramirez who performed the work in our home. Too their quality service, from their initial estimate, too the start and completion date, too their professionalism and neatness with the least amount of noise and any disruptions. One other factor was the reasonable quote they gave me compared to other pluming companies.
I couldn't be more pleased with Rockstar Pluming and neither will anyone who uses them for any project they may perform.

I have used Rockstar for multiple jobs. They are very professional. They usually have people that can come out very fast. They are careful in my home. They are also flexible working downtown - hard to find many times because of building requirements and extra hoops to jump through. I would highly recommend them.

They have repaired my rooftop unit , cleaned my inside air handler, installed new registers into the existing ducting. tested and replaced thermostat.

To start, my dad and uncle are both plumbers and I grew up chasing tools for them. As such, I am very picky when it comes to plumbing and plumbers doing a good job.

We went through a bunch of chuckle heads who came out to look at our re-pipe before we settled with Rockstar.

We went with them because Francisco (the owner) came recommended by Darryl at San Diego Leak Detection, he was responsive, professional and also does HVAC work.

Our townhouse did not have AC and since we were going to have walls open to re-do the plumbing I figured this was a good time to have the AC done.

As such, we hired Rockstar to do our re-pipe and install and new AC system.

They got both tasks done quickly, they pulled permits and were great.

However, I had some issues with some stuff. I brought it up to Francisco and he wasn't to happy I was being picky about the work they did.

I did not want confrontation so I waited a couple days and sent Francisco a detailed email with all of the issues I had with their work.

His response was excellent.

He assured me that he would get all of the stuff done I wanted (which he did) and then apologized for the way he came off when we walked through the property.

This guy is a good guy, fixed all of the stuff I wanted him too and really went above and beyond to make me happy even through he probably didn't agree with some of the stuff I wanted him to do.

I would use these guys again and I will refer them to other people.

Called to get some maintenance when my AC wasn't working properly. They were friendly, prompt, and were there within the hour. The tech's were nice guys, and informed me of what they recommended going forward. I committed, told them I was in. It was Monday at the time, and the earliest they could come back was Friday at 8-9am. No problem.

Friday comes around, I wait around the house for several hours and around 2pm, I give up and go on with my day. No call of cancellation or anything. But whatever, didn't show, I'll just take my business elsewhere... no big deal. I'll live.

A month later after this incident, I'm checking my online banking statements and almost choked on my beef jerky when I saw I was charged $625 dollars. This is the type of stuff that could financially ruin someone if they are not prepared. A mistake that absolutely should not be made.

I just talked to a nice man on the phone, and I am now awaiting a refund. Sadly, I will never deal with this company again.

Our AC went out yesterday and it was 94 degrees and humid. Called all kinds of big companies and they told me next week. I called Rockstar the next morning and they sent Freddie out in 2 hours . He was polite and professional. He knew the dynamics of our Carrier unit. He diagnosed the problem in 60 seconds and left to go get a part. Came back in 45 minutes. Installed, and now we have cold air again. He then reminded me of changing my indoor filters ( they were filthy). He is a gem and we are very pleased. The cost of the part and labor were very reasonable. I would call them again in a heartbeat! Thanks Freddie.
