I have been looking for a good, reliable, fair priced plumber who will come to Pacific Palisades for a long time. I found that finally in Rockstar Plumbing. Made an appointment to fix/replace leaking water faucet supplying water to my washing machine. Josh came on time, replaced the water faucet promptly, for a reasonable price. I will use Rockstar for my future plumbing needs.

Important too was that Josh wore a mask and followed social distancing guidelines during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Called today to make an appointment and nice gentleman on the phone said they are booked today and tomorrow, their first appointment is in 3 days. ""That's fine, can I make an appointment for that day?"" I said. They replied ""no, you would have to call us tomorrow to make an appointment as our system won't allow us to make appointments past 48 hours."" What? that's a weird system and an inconvenience for your customers. May I suggest just getting a pen and paper for your faulty system. Or you call me tomorrow to set up an appointment. Why do customers have to call you back just because you are technologically unable to make appointments? Maybe its nice that this company is big enough not to value new customers but don't forget that you are in the service industry.

I own property in North Hollywood, and called Rockstar Plumbing due to a garbage disposal issue with a tenant.
Making an appointment was very easy. Friendly on the phone.
Dejon was the plumber who came by to check out the issue. He called me to tell me the issue. It was efficient, well done, and he was very kind and professional. I will definitely use these guys again. Thanks again for making it seamless.

My dishwasher broke 2 days ago,, imagine the kitchen build up that created!
The darn thing just wouldn't work. I called Rockstar because they had great reviews and ratings and being new to Northridge I was hoping to get a reliable company. I have to say thank you for getting someone out so quickly and it turned out that he just had to reset our system. No charge! Thank you for your help and for the great customer service...I will definitely be reaching out to you guys again for any future issues.

Called 3 plumbing services for a non-911 need and Rockstar were the only ones who called back to confirm an appointment the next day (!!). Josh showed up within the window promised (!!) and was a huge help. Josh was super friendly and was happy to explain the process all the way through. Pricing was very reasonable for the time spent dealing with a faucet swap-out - price quoted was the price charged - a miracle. The space was left clean and tidy. I've had Josh out a second time to help me eyeball a future project, with the same experience - on time, professional, friendly and honest.

Just had the team install our gas grill connection to the natural gas line of our new home. With the pandemic, scheduling and coordinating all of the contractors we've used since moving in has been challenging, and Rockstar has been as busy as any other.

All of my coordination with the dispatcher as well as the technicians Chris and John have been very friendly and professional. We now have a working new gas grill attached to our home and I was able to pay easily over the phone. No fuss. I'd recommend them to those looking for good communication and friendly discussion.
