Ok used these guys years ago and they did a good job for a fair price . I have referred them to others with some of the same results My My My how things have changed called them up said they come out and look at a small project in our bathroom a nooooo show with no fallow up call ? So I called them again arranged another day to spend at our home for them not to show up again! But they did call to make sure I would stay home just not to show up ! I called them again asking what had happened they said this time they were to busy, no I'm sorry no I can make it up no nothing strung me along almost a week and you can't even say your sorry. Really what a jerk only a matter of time before it come back to them Riverside is a small city

Rock's plumbing installed a new water heater in my home and I couldn't have been more satisfied. They worked around my schedule, making it easy to set up an appointment. They arrived on time, did a great job installing the water heater, and were very reasonably priced. A dripping tub/shower hot-water faucet had become a small waterfall that kept our hot water heater running full time. After initially thinking he would have to cap the faucet and return later for the time-intensive job of ripping out the shower wall and replacing all the fixtures, Jacob found a way to return the faucet to working condition with not even a drip. And the job will hold for the foreseeable future. Add that he came to the house within two hours of my emergency call. I'm a fan of Rock's and its staff.
