Muller really is exceptional. I was having some intermittent issues with my boiler last week. I called and Rebecca was nice enough to bear with me as I scheduled service and then cancelled once the problem went away, and then scheduled again.

John showed up to service my boiler and was quick, attentive and skillful. No one ever likes paying money to have such a basic service restored, but when you need service that is quick, friendly, and affordable, you really can't go wrong with Muller.

Quick service but they mark up parts like 300%. Had an igniter switch and cad cell replaced on my furnace, these part you can buy at home depot for $45 and they charged me $145. I believe they are entitled to a mark up but 3X the retail price is excessive. I will never use this company again, buyer beware.

My first experience with Muller was good, but it all went downhill from there. They did shoddy soldering and had\to come back to repair their own damage. They harass me with unsolicited calls to set up furnace cleaning appointments. Then they sent me an invoice for a job they did two years ago and expected me to remember it and pay for it. Scam, anyone? NEVER AGAIN.

Initially I was very happy with Muller; they came and got my oil burner restarted, and were pleasant and professional. The tech needed backup and a supervisor came and double checked his work to be sure it was right. They did not have the part to replace the fan-limit-switch in my Olson system. So, they took out the part and essentially hot-wired around it. It was cold and they got my heat back on.

I still wanted the part replaced in my furnace, soI called them at least 8 times over the next 3 months to get that part re-installed (they took the part with them -- but I wrote down the part numbers). I spent 20+ hours trying to track down the part-- and learned that a system has separate manufacturers for the igniter, the burner unit, and the circulation unit. Ultimately, it seems that I need an Olson part; a Canadian company, they would not talk to me as the consumer, or sell me the part.

Muller never got the part and never followed through and calls were not returned altho the person taking the messages was always pleasant. SO, that's where great service falls apart through lack of follow through.
