They rodded my sewer line out incorrectly and now I've had a sewage back up for 3 days. Hope they have good liability insurance because I will be suing them.

Seems we had the same problem as some other people here giving reviews. Came out through my daughter's warranty company AHS to rod out the sewer line. Orginally I thought they did a great job but that night everything started backing up again. We've been teying to get Scott back out since then. First the storm, then electrical outage and a fallen branch kept them from comjng. Now they just won't answer calls or texts, called again today. No repsponse.. Very, very disappointed. We'll have to have someone else take care of it. Can't live like this.

I have been trying to reach Rockland Plumbing for weeks with no response. I still have my same plumbing issue and AHS states that they can not approve service until Rockland submits their analysis. I have called almost every day for about 3 weeks and still haven't been able to get into contact with anyone. This is the second plumber that AHS has sent to serve me and I'm now at strike 2.

When Jake came by the first time and discussed the job he seemed very professional and knowledgable, however after leaving I found that their customer service sucks.

I am very disappointed, to say the least. I flip homes and I thought I had found a plumber that I could work with moving forward.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and no one and especially no insurance company should contract with them. I had a flood in my home and called my Insurance company( American Home Shield) and they sent out ""Jake"" and he stated he ordered a part and will return with the part in 3-5 days. Here we are 4 weeks later after calling the company everyday with no returned phone call they send ""Jake"" back to my home and he is rude and racist regarding work being done in my home that has nothing to do with him replacing a part on my hot water tank. He questioned my ownership of the home.

Terrible service.
They will con you into spending more money.
Do yourself a favor and do not use this service.
My basement flooded July 2019, my home had a flood control unit that we had no idea about, as we are new home owners of just a few years. The unit very old and not functioning. I reached out to my home warranty co and they referred Rockland plumbing for the job. July to Nov 2019 it was finally finished, and I was told by ""bill"" the plumber, I will not have any issues moving forward with flooding. Well, here we are 6 months later and got a foot of sewage. The job paid over 7k. I reached out to have Rockland come out to follow up to see what the problem was ( as part of their guarantee) and ""Bill"" the plumber answered and pretended to be someone else and that a plumber would call me back. I had never received a return phone call. So, I called and and ""Bill"" unknowingly answered and I heard him say, ""don't answer her, let her deal with it"". Horrible customer service to say the least. here we are, 4 days later, still no follow up.. It is upsetting that I have now not only have to deal with this system Rockland did not fix, but I also now have to look into getting my money back.

Rockland was selected by my warranty provider. After the tech arrived he diagnosed the issue, and cut a pipe in my basement to rod it out. Then I got a call from Service Line Warranty company telling me it is not covered. This was supposed to have been discussed between those parties before any action. Technician from Rockland continues on and breaks the cast iron pipe leading into my concrete floor in the basement. Drain was not clear and then I have water coming slowly onto my basement floor. They get approval to rod the exterior so I reluctantly tell him to perform that work since it will be covered. Technician leaves without performing the exterior job or letting me know that he was leaving? Extremely unprofessional behavior and reckless. Left me with a giant wet mess to vac up in the basement. Company never returned my calls twice that afternoon after knowing I had an issue with them. Further this happened during coronavirus, technician had a mask, hoever didn't realize he needs to wear his mask over his nose too for everyone's safety. F rating, avoid Rockland at all cost.

American Home Shield dispatched Matt. He claimed to have been stuck at a job and completely missed our service window. He said he could come the next day. When he inspected my water heater and saw the leak, he mentioned he would probably be able to get it replaced. Same thing with my ejector pump that doesn't work. He got in his truck to supposedly call it in, and then drove away without leaving me with an invoice or anything. While he was here, he mentioned that it was going to be hard work to get the water heater up to my third floor...15 minutes later, AHS calls to tell me that the plumber informed them that there were no mechanical defects in the water heater or ejector pump. He completely lied to AHS! Now I have to wait for a new plumber to come out to do the repair

We recently bought an older home, and found that we had a leak in the drain from our powder room sink.
Our home warranty company put us in touch with Rockland Plumbing, and we couldn't be happier.
They scheduled Joe to come out the next day to assess the leak, and he arrived on time with advance notice that he was on the way. He was professional and thorough and told us what would be needed to diagnose and repair it. He was able to schedule the repairs for the next morning.
Again, Joe was on time and professional. Finding and fixing the leak involved opening up part of a tile wall, and Joe did the absolute minimum damage in the neatest way possible, so fixing the wall will be easier for us, and when he found the problem (a completely rusted out cast iron fitting that finally gave out), he made sure we saw it and understood it. The repairs were done in a thorough and timely professional manner in a surprisingly short amount of time. He did a thorough cleanup and reinstalled the sink and tested it and we're completely satisfied with the work.
I highly recommend Rockland Plumbing for any similar work people need done.

Rockland Plumbing fixed my plumbing problem in January or February of this year. I was told they do not do lawn care. (replace grass that needed to be dug up to repair the sewer line). I had no problem with that. I do not expect plumbers to do landscaping. However, I was told they would remove the dirt/clay once it settled around spring/summer. Well, after several calls to them all I get is we'll be there next week. Next week, next week, next week, next week. I don't know what calendar they use. Now
I'm told if I want it removed it will cost me additional money. ""We can pick ""it up next week for free, but it you want it done now, it will cost you $150.00. "" Well I have dirt/clay and clay pipe in my yard. Still there from the winter. Do not use Rockland Plumbing!
