Had a great experience with Tony C from Rockland Plumbing. Booked service through Warranty Company Monday night. Tuesday morning, Rockland Plumbing reached out and was able to schedule an appointment. Tony was able to come out Wednesday morning to inspect and fix our water heater. Tony gave detailed update after he completed the repair. He even called Thursday (Thanksgiving) morning to check on us and see how the water heater was doing. Prompt and Excellent service! The hot water tank at my property was leaking so I called my warranty company and they dispatched Rockland plumbing to complete the work order. The first date they gave me the company canceled on me and rescheduled for a different date with a 3 hour window. The second date came around (btw I had to call off work) I drive to the property waited around for 3 hours and I receive a call from a man 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive (2:30pm) stating that they had to cancel again. He had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to come out the following day instead and my answer was absolutely not, so you can cancel on me again. Please stay away from doing business with this company they are extremely unprofessional and they're not dependable. I will never consider doing business with them ever again.

I had called them for service through my home warranty - they told me to email them. Frustrated I emailed them and didn't hear back until the next day via text. I was then asked to give them all the information that I emailed them but I told them I would call and the number didn't work. Then they told me to call another number and the guy answered the phone as ""hello"" and said he didn't know what I'm talking about when I explained the situation then finally via text they told me they would be here at 4:30 pm and then didn't show up or answer their text line or calls and then said they would be here the next day when I wasn't available after my husband and I took off of work and arranged our schedules to be here for them today.

I see they only have 1.5 stars so I guess that should be the first issue.

I also had to go through my home warranty so that is the second issue.

I wouldn't call these people if you want a service provided.

I was contacted by Rockland Plumbing through American Home Shield, as a contracted vender to fix a leaking water heater. I called and was given a date and time of service between 9 -1. I took the day off of work for this appointment. I called the company at 9:00 just to make sure they were still coming and was told I was on the agenda, but they may be running late. They did not show up by 1:00. I called the company again, but was only able to reach the answering service. I called 5 times and was told someone would contact me. No one ever did. I called AHS. They called the company and were told that someone would be here by 3:00. No one ever showed. I called the company again and was told I was on the agenda, but they put me on hold. No one ever came back. I called again. They said I was not on the schedule and I would have to reschedule. This company clearly has no communication. The could not even schedule an appointment, did not know if they did, said they did, then had to reschedule. If they are that inept, I do not want then working on anything of mine. I cancelled the contract and called AHS and told then they should not use this vendor.

If you don't want your time wasted I would not use this company. Very inept and nobody knows what is going on. Stay away!!

we had. Rodded with a jetter and was all clear in a matter of minutes.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They're lazy and half the time won't show up for the job. They lie and said they did ?the job and then when they sent someone back to actually do it they damaged my pipes. I've been waiting for the owner to get back to me for weeks and I can't get a call back.
