I had called them for service through my home warranty - they told me to email them. Frustrated I emailed them and didn't hear back until the next day via text. I was then asked to give them all the information that I emailed them but I told them I would call and the number didn't work. Then they told me to call another number and the guy answered the phone as ""hello"" and said he didn't know what I'm talking about when I explained the situation then finally via text they told me they would be here at 4:30 pm and then didn't show up or answer their text line or calls and then said they would be here the next day when I wasn't available after my husband and I took off of work and arranged our schedules to be here for them today.

I see they only have 1.5 stars so I guess that should be the first issue.

I also had to go through my home warranty so that is the second issue.

I wouldn't call these people if you want a service provided.

I was contacted by Rockland Plumbing through American Home Shield, as a contracted vender to fix a leaking water heater. I called and was given a date and time of service between 9 -1. I took the day off of work for this appointment. I called the company at 9:00 just to make sure they were still coming and was told I was on the agenda, but they may be running late. They did not show up by 1:00. I called the company again, but was only able to reach the answering service. I called 5 times and was told someone would contact me. No one ever did. I called AHS. They called the company and were told that someone would be here by 3:00. No one ever showed. I called the company again and was told I was on the agenda, but they put me on hold. No one ever came back. I called again. They said I was not on the schedule and I would have to reschedule. This company clearly has no communication. The could not even schedule an appointment, did not know if they did, said they did, then had to reschedule. If they are that inept, I do not want then working on anything of mine. I cancelled the contract and called AHS and told then they should not use this vendor.

If you don't want your time wasted I would not use this company. Very inept and nobody knows what is going on. Stay away!!

Rockland Plumbing came out a few days ago for an emergency backup
we had. Rodded with a jetter and was all clear in a matter of minutes.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They're lazy and half the time won't show up for the job. They lie and said they did ?the job and then when they sent someone back to actually do it they damaged my pipes. I've been waiting for the owner to get back to me for weeks and I can't get a call back.

STEER CLEAR FROM!!!!! Is I could give them 0 stars I would. They are complete ripoffs and are not very knowledgeable about plumbing. DO NOT TRUST THEM IN YOUR HOME!!!! They will lie and say they left ""tools"" behind.

I have American home shield and they sent rockland . The guy was nice . But didn't do any thing I ask . I told him were there the problem was and still he did what he wanted . And for ight now I still have the same problem. So thanks rockland for not fixing the problem.

They were quick, they were accommodating, and they were very professional! Plumbing is always a major issue and they were able to rearrange the schedule to squeeze the same so that we can utilize our plumbing two days earlier than initially scheduled.. Jake and Mike were awesome we will be using their services from here on out.

They rodded my sewer line out incorrectly and now I've had a sewage back up for 3 days. Hope they have good liability insurance because I will be suing them.

Seems we had the same problem as some other people here giving reviews. Came out through my daughter's warranty company AHS to rod out the sewer line. Orginally I thought they did a great job but that night everything started backing up again. We've been teying to get Scott back out since then. First the storm, then electrical outage and a fallen branch kept them from comjng. Now they just won't answer calls or texts, called again today. No repsponse.. Very, very disappointed. We'll have to have someone else take care of it. Can't live like this.
