His pricing is very fair and he is also very honest and knowledgeable about quality of products as well as the work. He is genuinely looking out for his customers and treats them right. 5 stars across the board! Great service and quick response time, driving down to San Marcos from Temecula on short notice to restore the water to our house.. Personable, honest, and trustworthy! Neil replaced our broken water main valve on short notice the same day, and did not quit until the job was done right! He spent over two hours on his knees and back having to modify the fittings on the new valve several times due to location and space restrictions, cutting and soldering multiple times until he was able to make it fit, explaining every step of the way, and then replaced a bad toilet valve in less than ten minutes, all at a very reasonable cost! This guy is a superstar! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an honest plumber!

We are first time homeowners and recently came across a slow leak near our garage. After checking with my gardener to see if it's the sprinkler system, he shared that I had to get a plumber for the work. With a busy work schedule we kept postponing and dreading to call a plumber. We finally called Neal with Rocketman Plumbing. He and his partner came by within half an hour. He was very knowledgeable. He explained the damage and the necessarily processes in an easy to understand language. He and his team came by the house to do the job the following day. He kept me updated via text since I was at work. The entire transaction was very smooth. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Called Neil after a restoration company pulled out a vanity. Figured as long as plumbing was exposed might as well replumb the entire bathroom. Somewhere the lines got mixed up but Neil worked tirelessly with his crew to fix the problem, including fixing some poorly plumbed piping in the other bathroom...all without charging me more. He even had to go out twice and get different parts. He, his son, and his apprentice have been great to work with. Highly recommended! So impressed I have offered him additional work

I'm going to assume that for most of us... plumbing issues are a huge source of frustration and stress. Nice to say that if a problem does arise, I know exactly who to call! I have had to call on Neil a couple times for various issues, and he has been fantastic to work with. He is highly knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. If you need a plumber, I don't think you can find one that delivers better professionalism and customer service.

If you need a plummer in Temecula...I HIGHLY recommend Rocketman. Sunday night, outside of business hours and after dark the plumbing HERO came to the rescue.
