DO NOT USE ROCKETMAN PLUMBING!! My home warranty First American sent this guy out and all he wanted was to leave as soon as possible. That's why they call him Rocketman. King of all knowledge but can't fix a simple drain clog or a leaking toilet. Totally worthless. Beware of this shady guy. Larry Lucas. Ps saw other posts and I will be taking him to small claims court as well.

PS. Just saw Neil's response. Total crap just like Neil. He just lies to get out of doing work. You can tell because his eyes are brown.

The time window was 1-5pm, and Rocketman was here at 1:10pm! I was so happy to see he got to work right away, no hassle, no mindless chit chat, and he fixed ALL of my clogged drains and two toilets under 40 minutes. He truly is a Rocketman and I will definitely call him back.

We had an issue with our plumbing and Neil and Brandi came out to make sure it was fixed. They even came out on a holiday cause they knew we were in a bind. Great work, and truly appreciated them. Highly recommended.

Neil and his team are extremely professional, friendly and so great at what they do! We used them last year when our water heater went out and they did such a clean job replacing it! We knew who to call as soon as we discovered a leak in our house. They came over super quickly within the time frame they quoted and took care of the problem even faster! They were all so helpful in explaining the issue and what they would be doing to resolve the problem! Such an honest and hardworking group of people! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save your time and your money. My boyfriend and I purchased a home in April of 2018 and were given a year warranty with First American Home Warranty. I noticed our master bathroom had a leak from the shower/tub which was also causing water damage to our wall and baseboard and obviously some slight mold. I called my home warranty company and they sent this company out. Go figure it would not leak while the guy stood there for 20 minutes, however, the damage made it obvious there was a leak issue. The guy showed up looking like he just rolled off the farm with cowboy boots and old worn jeans...which in my opinion is not professional to being with. After 20 minutes he basically told me what I can do to fix the damage but couldn't locate a leak. Yet he's a freaking plumber for crying out loud. That's $75.00 I won't get back...If I could give zero stars I would.

Amazingly, Neil has updated his findings to a new, even more asinine reason for getting the home warranty company to not fix my toilet base leak. Now (drum roll)... The tile on my flat, level floor was ""installed too low."" Now don't mind that it's standard bathroom tile, matching that of the other bathroom, and level with the rest of the flooring in the house. The best part is, I have pictures of the floors with a level to show the flooring in various rooms is level in my one story house, that is BUILT ON A CONCRETE SLAB. Floor installed too low (they also reported him saying the tile was ""too thin"").....not sure either of those are actually possible. He is very shady when working with home warranty companies.

I will be filing a claim in small claims court for the return of my $75 for failure to fulfill his duties. And of course court costs are included...

Had no hot water! Rocketman talked to me over the phone to trouble shoot before needing to pay for a service call. After heeding all of his counsel, I still need him to come service my tankless hot water heater. Not only were he, and his wife Brandy, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, they fixed the problem! Great company to work with! Checked all issues involving the hot water and helped me with future maintenance. Highly recommend this company! Finally! I have a plumbing company I can trust!!

Neil came out today and fixed the leak that we had. He was very nice, and I would use his company again! Very very nice and knowledgeable!!
