Garbage service, dirty technician showed up with his wife or girl friend. Unprofessional, lack of knowledge and incompetency are just a few to list. They completely misdiagnosed what the real issue was with the shower and wanted to over charge me for no reason. DO NOT trust these incompetent people. I called another local plumber. They fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost. Don't waste your time with these people. There are much better alternatives available. I also have his rude and unprofessional conversation with his female companion recorded and saved on my ringtone. Hahaha. Ridiculous how idiotic some people could be even with a camera at the front door right in front of their face. Take your business elsewhere (anywhere) other than this disaster.

Quick and easy fix with my garbage disposal. I hit the red reset button underneath as well as manually turned shaft to see if anything was binding before calling. I figured it was a bearing that had went out but when he came, I was able to find a small screw stuck in the side of the blade.

Background: I have a 2 story home and was having issues with a bit of flooding. Downstairs, I could use the half bathroom and kitchen utilities as usual, but either of the upstairs bathrooms being utilized (both toilet or bath) would cause the downstairs toilet to flood at the base.

Initially, they weren't available due to holidays and low manpower, but they went out of their way to help me due to being 35 weeks pregnant and not being able to shower the last couple of days. I am beyond grateful for their consideration and speedy service! Not only did Neil fix my issue in a timely manner but also gave me some knowledge about my home and some potential hazards he was concerned about (my husband and I just bought our home and are learning). This is a legitimate company that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you so much Rocketman Plumbing!

Neil was initially sent to our home by our warranty company to fix a leak an upstairs bathroom. Not only did he fix the problem before it became a flood. He cleaned out our tub drain for free and gave us some information on our tanless water heater. He was professional, communicative, and kind. The second time he and his crew came out was when our kitchen was flooded by another upstairs bathroom! He came out immediately to see the damage and helped us to find a remediation company. When he came to complete the repair, he also noticed that a piece of our copper water pipes looked like they were about to leak. He repaired that as well without charge. We have now had him do a total of three jobs for us in 2 months. He is reliable and seems to genuinely want to help people with their plumbing issues. We will ve using him and his team again!

I was assigned rocket man through first American home warranty for a water heater issue. They worked with me to get scheduled quickly and followed up with work performed. They did a good job and kept the worksite clean.

Our hot water heater stopped working last Friday. We contacted America Home Service warranty and they sent out Rocket Man plumbing. I am so glad they did. Neil, Skyler and Ron were fantastic. They put our new AO Smith hot water heater in on Monday. It did not work. They came back the same day and spent a couple hours here calling AO Smith technical reps to get to the bottom of the issue. Ron and Skyler stayed the whole time until AO Smith agreed to send out a new part. The part came on Thursday and they installed it on Friday. It still didn't work! More phone calls to AO Smith technical services who made it very difficult for a Rocketman to be able to do their job correctly because the unit still wasn't working. Neil, the owner, told me I'm going to come out on Saturday, the next day, install a brand new unit. All three guys showed up Saturday morning. They took the dysfunctional unit to Lowe's in Murrieta, and Neil went up to bat for me and made sure they gave him a new one to replace the one that wasn't working. They came back, installed the new one. waited another hour to make sure it was working correctly and then left.
RocketMan plumbing went the extra mile and a half to make sure we had hot water and a functioning hot water heater. I highly recommend them.

Showed up an hour late, no reason, no hello. Told the insurance company a part was missing, so they denied the claim to fix the shower, but he never took anything apart. Nothing was missing, it's just broken. Technician was here less than 2 minutes. Never said goodbye. Just walked away. Terrible customer service.
