When the men in my 55 plus neighborhood saw what Rocket Rooter did, they were appalled and one is even insisting that he go to the cops and complain of fraud.

Rocket Rooter charged me over $700 for a frost-free hose bib replacement and the destruction they did to my new house was on me.
They claim that I knew what I was getting into because I finger-signed the little notebook contract they insisted I sign before they would stop a leaking hose bib. I could never have read it without a magnifying glass.

I called on a Sunday, but they had no emergency help available. This work was done on a Monday and could not be charged as an emergency.

The plumber never even looked inside the unit to see if it was a repair issue. He claimed that the hose bibs can't be repaired. I have now gone to the Internet where I found that these hose bibs can be repaired.

He told me to get a double faucet for my hose bibs if I keep a hose attached. When I went to Home Depot and told them why I wanted it, they were confused. They said they sell pressure release valves for these new hose bibs. When I told them what happened, they said it could have been a washer and the parts would have been cheap.

I was never told (but I'm sure it was in the tiny print on the notebook) that they would open the wall of my new house and not pay for drywall repair.
I ended up with two holes in my house, because the plumber couldn't figure out where the unit was, which cost me another $400 to fix. Painting was a whole separate problem.

The bottom line is that I was taken advantage of because I wanted to stop a leak and nobody else was available. I'm running into a new thing lately (see BMG Painting) where businesses think I'm a dumb old lady: Maybe. My total bill to have one hose bib working properly came to over $1,200!

My senior mom had not ever had her septic tank pumped since she bought the house...20 years ago!!! Suddenly, the situation turned into an emergency. I called Roto-rooter...[crickets]....no response after, ""We will call you back."" I did a quick google search, found Rocket Rooter and they were at her home within two hours. JOB DONE!! Excellent customer service. Tech was 5 star! Rocket Rooter gave us an invoice and left. Hours later, Roto-Rooter calls and said they can send someone tomorrow. Nope! All set here! I will use Rocket Rooter from now on! Thank you for taking care of our family.

We thought all 3 of our toilets needed replacement but plumber Brian Anderson was able to repair all of them saving us a lot of money. Honest and reliable. We will be using Rocket Rooter for all our plumbing needs.
