OMG! After dealing with a clogged toilet on and off for over a year and 3-4 visits from other plumbers...I was lucky enough to have Tyler and Corey come out to check out my toilet problem.
First of all, they were both so warm, kind, and most importantly, VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! Tyler took the time to explain everything to me; my options, need-to-knows, specific problems with my line etc. And after a year and a half of literally throwing money down the toilet...they were the ones who diagnosed my issue.
Now, it was a more serious issue than I had anticipated. But knowing how to rectify the problem will save me so much in the long run. I literally said to them both, ""Where have you been all of my life?""
Two wonderful and highly professional individuals who clearly make this organization a success. Thank you both!!!! I cannot recommend them enough.

I called to schedule an appointment to repair the main shut off valve for my water. They were very efficient in scheduling the appointment. When Tyler came he was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing did a great job fixing it and the cost was very reasonable. Great company!!!!

I needed a new Temperature Pressure Valve on my hot water heater and got a recommendation for Rocket Rooter as affordable and of good quality. I had purchased the part myself. Tyler was the plumber who arrived on time and did a great job, explaining everything as I asked questions, including a few about other work I might need in the future. The cost was reasonable but not cheap. It matched what they quoted on the phone except that when they quoted me a price on the phone it did not include the reasonable fee for the service call. I will definitely call on Rocket Rooter when I need a plumber in the future.

This is what is called professionalism? I am sure the company is great. However the brand is supported by those that represent the company. This is a driver who was obviously In a hurry to beat me to the traffic light. This is not someone that I would feel comfortable being at my home or office. I called the office to advise them of this disturbing activity and it went to the what sounded like cell phone voice mail. My call has not been returned.

Tyler and Corey @ Rocket Rooter came out within 30mins of the call to resolve the issue (interior valve to the backyard hose bib was old & leaky). They made the repair quickly and professionally - definitely recommend to others in search of a good plumbing company.

I had a clogged outside drain at the bottom of my basement steps and called Rocket Rooter. I was a little worried they weren't going to appear before I had to leave because they had an emergency call that morning, but they arrived and unclogged the drain and gave me some good advice about how to deal with it in the future. They were friendly and easy to talk to. I'd definitely call them again.

Can't say enough good things about this outfit. Highly recommend them. Two months ago, we had a sewer back-up at a rental I own in Maryland where I used to live. I called another company who snaked the sewer line and said I was good to go however the sewer pipe may need replacing. Last week another major back-up. That day I called Rocket Rooter and they were out within 2 hours to re-snake the line and video the sewer pipe. Tyler snaked and videoed the pipe and took the video back to his boss Doug to look at. As soon as Doug looked at it he called me to say the pipe looked in great shape great except he saw something irregular in the pipe that was probably causing the back-up. The other company wanted to replace the whole sewer pipe (dig up the yard etc) and estimated between 5k-15 to do that! Doug said no way I needed that and he wanted to come back with Tyler to look himself into the pipe and try to dislodge what was in there and you won't believe this - for no charge ! They came back and found some lead struck in the pipe causing the back-ups and dislodged it into the main sewer line. Problem solved ! I've dealt with contractors for years and these guys are the real honest thing and excellent technicians! I couldn't be happier.
