He took complete advantage of me! I read the reviews and thought he would be fair and good. He rushes in here and uses a snake to clear hair from a clogged drain. He was here for all of 20 minutes. I was exhausted from working hard and still waking up. Trusting his reviews that said how fair he was in his prices I let him rush at the job. He then changes me $328.00!!!! I was so aghast I just wrote him a check and wrote him out of my life. Villagers beware this guy will take you to the bank and back again. Don't even think about calling him. Absolutely egregious!

They were not experienced enough to install a disposal which is why we hired them. Had them fix two leaky faucets and they charged $475. Total rip-off company.

Extremely happy with our experience today. My mother has not had her tank pumped since she purchased the house in 1998 (20 years ago!!!) Toilets started gurgling and bubbling. Needed that tank pumped yesterday. So called Roto-rooter and they took too long to respond. Quick google-search gave me Rocket Rooter. One quick text of the addresss and within an hour, Rocket Rooter was at the door. Problem solved. Fast, professional and good price ($285 for a 900 gallon tank). Very happy! Will use again in a Heartbeat!
