Curtis has recently bought this business (Rocket Rooter), so I hope that
people will take that into account when reviewing the Yelp reviews. Curtis responded quickly to my phone request for plumbing assistance. He diagnosed the issue right away, gave me a quote, and followed up as soon as he got the parts needed. Upon completion, he left the area spotless. His performance was excellent, and I highly recommend him.

Curtis was great in unclogging the sewage line to our septic tank, which did not have a drain cleanout for easy access. We called from Southern Humboldt, and he came the next morning right on time. Very communicative and pleasant, he went step by step in a methodical way and gave us confidence that he would fix the problem--and he certainly did! And he showed us why the clog had happened. We had a clogged main drain. Curtis was able to come quickly and assessed the problem, realized he couldn't use his immense rooter machine because of access problems, and swiftly came up with a Plan B that worked. He was very pleasant and professional and charged less than his original quote because Plan B (a hose-and-bladder solution) worked so quickly.
I highly recommend him!

Curtis was professional, timely and knowledgeable about the work he did for us. He was honest in telling us we really needed to replace the toilet we had, as it had been in our home for ages (long before we were here). If I come give them 10 stars I would. Fixed my clogged drain and Fixed my toilet. I live in benbow and he apologized for the travel cost but I would rather pay the cost instead of using the local plumber in sohum..

Curtis was unpleasant to work with. When cleaning out the main line, he complained that it was gross, and upon leaving did not put the cleanout apparatus back in the original (albeit funky) condition. When I asked him if he could put it the way he found it, he was short and unprofessional and I ended up gloving up and doing it myself. He did clear the drain for $165, but he was so unpleasant and unprofessional that I won't use his services again.

Claimed he could fix a clog did nothing but made it worse. Call someone else that can actually unclog a drain and do it right .. never again and never on any of my other rentals ...

We were without water for 2 days . Trying to get anybody here right outside of Fortuna at my business Korobi Stables was kind of impossible everybody is booked until late July. I have over 20 horses on the facility and a house full of people. It is a bigger problem then we all seemed to think , but he has been here twice and fixed it so that we can get somebody here for the bigger job thank you so much for your quick response and amazing attitude and work ethic. We have old metal pipes that all need to be dug up and replaced. Thank you so much, Kim Korobi
