Curtis Smith is a highly trained and extremely ethical professional. We've been calling on him for our drain cleaning and annual sewer line maintenance since he acquired Rocket Rooter from the previous owner. The quality of Curtis' work is outstanding, he is reliable, his prices are very fair and he is a pure pleasure to have visit our home. He sticks by his word regarding what a job will cost, and his high level of honesty is commendable. He is our ""go to"" guy, we feel very lucky to have him to count on in a pinch, and we wouldn't even consider calling anyone else if Curtis is willing to do the job. We have enthusiastically recommended Rocket Rooter to colleagues and friends. 5 stars is an understatement regarding how impressed we are with Curtis.

I highly recommend Curtis of Rocket Rooter. When the washer water backed into the shower and flooded the hallway, I found both bathrooms plugged up. My heart sank because I knew there were some significant plumbing problems. I was getting ready to fly out of town to a funeral, and the week after was expecting houseguests. It was a stressful time. Curtis responded to my call immediately and came out early the following day. He was professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, and a complete gentleman. The problem had some complications, but Curtis worked it all out and said he would only leave once the plumbing was fixed. He was true to his word. How does Curtis conduct his business? He does his job with excellence!

I highly recommend Rocket Rooter. . After unsuccessful attempts to clear my kitchen drain with a 20' snake, I left a message with Rocket Rooter this morning as well as other local plumbers. Being unable to reach anyone, I called Rocket Rooter again and Curtis answered. He told me he'd tried to return my call but it had just rung with no one answering. He very kindly said he would help me out (other plumbers were out of town on vacation for Thanksgiving or so backed up they couldn't help me until next week). Curtis told me he could be there within three hours. He came as promised and went right to work clearing the drain. He definitely saved my Thanksgiving week so I can have family for dinner. Curtis has recently bought this business (Rocket Rooter), so I hope that
people will take that into account when reviewing the Yelp reviews. Curtis responded quickly to my phone request for plumbing assistance. He diagnosed the issue right away, gave me a quote, and followed up as soon as he got the parts needed. Upon completion, he left the area spotless. His performance was excellent, and I highly recommend him.

Curtis was great in unclogging the sewage line to our septic tank, which did not have a drain cleanout for easy access. We called from Southern Humboldt, and he came the next morning right on time. Very communicative and pleasant, he went step by step in a methodical way and gave us confidence that he would fix the problem--and he certainly did! And he showed us why the clog had happened. We had a clogged main drain. Curtis was able to come quickly and assessed the problem, realized he couldn't use his immense rooter machine because of access problems, and swiftly came up with a Plan B that worked. He was very pleasant and professional and charged less than his original quote because Plan B (a hose-and-bladder solution) worked so quickly.
I highly recommend him!

If I come give them 10 stars I would. Fixed my clogged drain and Fixed my toilet. I live in benbow and he apologized for the travel cost but I would rather pay the cost instead of using the local plumber in sohum..
