Alex is incredibly helpful and responsive! We first contacted him to fix a pretty large part of our water heater that had gotten oxidized and no longer looked safe. After examining the part and heater, he quickly went to fetch a new part, gave us a quote, came back to fix it, and checked in with us to ensure that it was running well. When we needed to add a timer, he was equally responsive and timely. He explains everything very clearly making us feel informed about the problem and possible solutions. I called Alex last minute to check the water pressure to my house in Pasadena since it was turned up too high by a gardener.
