I recently had Brian from Rocket Plumbing consult me on the hot water issue in my main bathroom. The issue had stumped me for quite a while and I could not figure out how to correct. After reaching out to Brian, he quickly surmised that the extremely hot water issue was a 'building problem' and that it was nothing that I would have to pay for myself.

He really helped ease my worries and now I am having the maintenance people at my building take care of the water issue for me. Thanks to Brian I am now in the process of getting the issue fixed.

Great work from Nick again. Had a basement toilet not draining, which ended up being a broken ejector pump, and got it replaced quickly, after making sure it wasn't anything other than a broken pump. Fast and clean, will keep using Nick and team for future plumbing needs.

Called Rocket Plumbing for a couple of different issues that I was having with leaks and slow drainage. They called me back within 10 minutes of my phone call, and were out working the very next day. They actually arrived almost an hour before the estimated time window! The techs were very friendly, explained the issues and my options, and promptly performed the repairs. Very pleased with their service, and will call them in the future for any plumbing issues.

I cannot recommend choosing this plumbing company. The technicians were always late, up to hours. Horrible execution and lack of drive to do a job well done, no pride in their work. A family member hired this company for a job in our back and front yard. For the backyard, we had to have the technician come out FOUR TIMES to service and correct a sump pump and bubbler box they installed, which we are still not satisfied with. In our front yard, we have since hired a very competent and well-knowledge company to come and redo the job they did with a section of our sewer line. There are a lot of plumbing options out there, it is in your best interest to go with someone other than Rocket Plumbing.
Addendum: since leaving this review, the owner has been in contact with me and he is doing his best to resolve this issue, which I highly respect. I plan to adjust my review accordingly.

I was remodeling my Master Bathroom and needed to schedule contractors. I've used Rocket Plumbing in the past and as usual, they were reasonably priced and so easy to work with. Joey came several times with very little notice and did a great job. He went above and beyond to accommodate my construction schedule and make things as easy as possible. Everything turned out so great and I couldn't be happier! Another great job!
