Brian and Mike. What can I say. You guys are rock stars. Out of nowhere my kitchen sink valve bursted and water was everywhere. I called these guys around 4pm and explained the emergency, literally within the hour they were at my door. I really appreciate the prompt service during this covid-19 outbreak. They did a great job and up to code. They were so nice and polite. They had masks and shoe covers on as well. I'll be using them for as long as I live near by.

The sewer line in my house backed up twice in one week. I asked Roto Rooter what to do, and they said they wanted nearly $10k for a total cleanout of the pipe since they needed to dig out my front yard and rip up my concrete walkway.

I called Rocket Plumbing for a second opinion. That same day two of their guys came out, fixed the problem ON THE SPOT for $700 using a special machine they had, and left my pipes looking brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend Rocket Plumbing for anyone having a backup issue. Their Picote machine is way more economical than any previous solution, their workers are fast and efficient, and they are reasonably priced. Thanks guys, you saved me!

My issue made its way to the owner of the company, Brian. He was very nice and took my issue seriously. He actually came out to my house to meet me and make it right. He physically repaired my issue and now my new sump pump is working again.

I think he is genuinely concerned about his customers, the integrity of his company, and making things right.

I usually don't write reviews but since my hot water heat went out when it was -15 degrees out and Rocket Plumbing saved me a lot of hassle I thought I would start with them. The hot water heater from 1989 in the house we just recently purchased started leaking around 2pm. We called Rocket Plumbing and they sent someone out that night to make sure we could stop the leaking until they could get the new one in. We did that and they had the new on it by the next afternoon. All this and the price was very low while the other plumbers we called told us they were charging triple overtime to send people out in this weather. Can't say enough about Rocket plumbing.

When I ran into a messy situation on New Years Eve, I needed a plumber fast. (Which I thought would be impossible with all the snow) I called Rocket plumbing for our clogged toilet. I was ecstatic when they answered the phone after 3 rings. Much to my surprise, they sent someone out within the HOUR. Sad to say that I had low expectations for plumbers in general, until we came across Rocket. Dedicated enough to show up on New Years Eve, in the snow, no complaints and beyond professional. Eventually I'm sure something will come up, go down, or get stuck... but I will know exactly who to call!
