I have used Rocket twice now. Always on time; knowledgeable about more than just the basics---they replaced a bad ejector pump for me last year w/ a 3 year warranty. The same pump had a ""hiccup"" about a year later--they came out same-day and fixed the problem and only charged me a $25 visit fee because it was such an easy fix. Great customer service.

I work in property management and find many plumbers difficult to get ahold of and kind of sleasy some times....definitely not the case here. Friendly, up front, reasonably priced, and they care about your problem. I'll continue to use them for my personal home! Thanks especially to Sam.

I set up an appointment 2 weeks out to have my sewer rodded. On the day of the appointment the office called saying the tech was sick No worries, I rescheduled. Guess what, tech was sick again. I had waited over a month between the two appointments and they wanted me to reschedule a third time a week later. I had already take off a total of one work day to wait for these guys.

Sorry I can't speak to their actual ability to do plumbing, but I wasn't about to take a third day off to find out if they are as good as others say.

I spoke to the owner of the company and he explained to me that there was a misunderstanding with the price and gave me a lower price based on having multiple jobs done at the same time. I believe they care about their customers and was impressed that they reached out to me.

Rocket Plumbing inspected my dishwasher that continued to back up with water. I was charged an initial service fee to send someone out even though that person couldn't diagnose the issue. I had to request for another person to come out to inspect. The 2nd person said the issue was due to an air gap and would be $200 in addition to the service fee which in retrospect seems high given the cost of a new dishwasher. We proceeded with the proposed fix. I now have a dishwasher that backs up with more water. After having them come back a 3rd time I was told I have to call the manufacturer. I'm now down $225 and now have more standing water in my dishwasher than I did before. Be cautious and shop around, Rocket Plumbing may not be your best option.

Contacted Rocket and waited a week for an appointment. The plumber showed up and was very thorough in his inspection of my complaint. I mean...most contractor's won't even venture to the Southside of Chicago, so I was glad Rocket showed up.

However, I was told during the service call that I would not receive an estimate until about 3 days. After the 5th day, I called inquiring about the estimate. I was then told I would have the estimate by the end of the day.

Approximately 2 weeks later, and I've yet to receive an estimate...phone call...email...smoke signal or even a ""Rocket"" passing by...

My issue was serious, but I'm glad I wasn't drowning from a flood because I'd still be waiting for a life jacket!

Pricier than I had expected. They estimate over the phone was vague. The plumber that came out was great. He was on time and courteous.

These guys really helped me out in a 'plumbing emergency'. They were timely, very knowledgeable and nice to work with in general. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing going forward.

Earlier this week I called them because our 11 year old hot water heater kicked the bucket. They were very prompt to respond and helpful. Our serviceperson was Anthony and he could not have been friendlier and more helpful. He stopped by the afternoon that I called just to check and see if there was anything that could be done to save the water heater. Once he confirmed that there wasn't, he was back the next morning at 7 AM to replace it. Everything is working well and we can take hot showers. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Rocket again. On a side note, I had called another company on the same day and left a message and they did not even return my call.
