Hands down the best solution to all plumbing problems! Had a clogged drain line to the street. Roots in several locations blocked the flow almost completely. The drain line cleaning tool/machine owned by Rocket Plumbing is revolutionary and returned our entire length of pipe to 100% flow with zero evidence of roots. Completely cleaned the inside of the pipe. They also fixed multiple other plumbing challenges in our house as renovations continued. Fast, professional, at the right price!

This company is amazing. Came to repair a toilet. Arrived within the designated window of time and got right to work. Danny and Jimmy assisted me and were extremely professional. In fact, they were great! Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Told me something about a loose ring that had dislodged. Fixed it and done. No issues whatsoever. I have other work that needs to be completed and I will definitely be giving them a call. Highly recommended.

I have used Rocket several times- they have fixed common issues, replaced our sub pump and most recently come to the rescue with our steam shower. Each time they provide service, they are professional, charge fairly and always stand by their work. I would like to do a special shout out for James who just finished installing our steam shower. I had low water pressure in my faucet and called Rocket Plumbing to fix it. They checked the pressure and said it should be fine but maybe there is a problem with the faucet. They didn't fix the issue and charged me a lot. We ended up fixing it ourselves in a few minutes.

I have had so many good experiences with rocket. We have a 130 year old house and everything becomes a whole thing.

So we had a toilet backup that wound up morphing into and unplanned replacement of our sewer main. Nick and Matt basically moved into the house with us. Working tirelessly for 10 days, with at least 6 12-hour days in there. I actually lost count.

They replaced our sewer main and also replaced much of our lead and galvanized pipes in the basement. They works hard to help us keep down costs and communicated well without throughout the whole process. They were even wonderful my inquisitive five year old.

I have to say, when he job was done, I was a little sad to say good bye to them. They had kind of become part of our family.

I should also say that I have also had Danny out on a few occasions for other problems we have had with our house. He is also really great and knowledgeable.

Called on a Friday to have my hot water heater replaced. It wasn't broken but was out of warranty and inefficient. Was quoted the same day and scheduled for the following Wednesday. The guys showed up on time and completed the work within a couple of hours. Price was fair and included haul away. Highly recommend.

I contacted Rocket Plumbing after an internet search because a shut-off valve under my bathroom sink began to leak.

The plumber arrived within 90 minutes and assessed the situation. He said it was probably an easy fix, and was correct. Afterward, he showed me what he had done (tighten the valve) and said some firms would tell me it needed to be replaced which would mean opening the wall and lots of additional work. Then, he added, ""If this happens again, just check that they're snug, don't let anyone J*w you on this,"" and I was completely stunned.

I can't imagine someone who works in neighborhoods with large Jewish populations would think it's okay to make such a statement. While the work was satisfactory, customer skills need polishing.

Rocket Plumbing is an outstanding business. They're respectful, honest and friendly. I had a pipe freeze and they were there promptly and assessed the situation honestly. They were clean and organized. It's really hard knowing where to go to get a great plumber. I won't only be using them again in the future, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I woke up and discovered a dead water heater at 7am. Danny was at our home by 1130am. He explained my options and had a new water heater installed within hours. Danny did an excellent job and even better was friendly, honest, and straight forward throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about him and Rocket Plumbing.
