I normally don't write reviews, but I have to share my experience with Marlon at Rocket Plumbing. A couple days ago, I had major sewage back up from the toilet of my lower level. It was so bad that there was 2-3 inches of feces, urine and sewage back up throughout most of my finished lower level. I called Rocket Plumbing and Marlon came within an hour of my phone call. He quickly assessed the situation, was able to rod out tree roots from the pipes (this was causing the clogs), and then recommended a deep cleaning service to take care of this bio hazardous mess (they came that evening and did a thorough cleaning that lasted 6 hours). He seemed to generally care, which I appreciate. I have an infant and toddler, and I was very concerned with them inhaling the toxic fumes of the sewage stench. What I liked about Marlon was that he was able to assess the situation quickly and recommend solutions. He also is very experienced and has confidence in what he is doing. If I ever have a problem again, I will ask for Marlon again at Rocket Plumbing.

We were struggling with really low hot water pressure in our 2nd floor shower. Anthony was amazing! He assessed the situation and talked us through multiple options so that we could find a solution that best fit our priorities and budget. Anthony worked efficiently and completed the job quicker than expected. That is despite the age of our plumbing and Oak Park home which, we imagine, caused some challenges. Pricing is honest and upfront. Very satisfied! We are coming back to Rocket and looking forward to a shower!

We had an urgent need for a plumber to come out and clear out a blocked pump - we called on a Friday night and they were there by 9:30 am the next day. Eric was friendly, professional and gave me the quote upfront. The work was done quickly and well. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We just moved in to our new home and called Rocket Plumbing to take care of some odds and ends. Marlon came over and ended up redoing the pipes under the kitchen sink (a task deemed necessary during our home inspection), he added a water line to the kitchen for our new fridge that was on the way (something that I was terrified about because it involved drilling a hole in our floor) plus he fixed a running toilet in our master bathroom. Not only was he quick and efficient with all of these tasks- he was also a lot of fun to chat with during the process. He has some great plumbing stories! I will definitely call Rocket Plumbing for any future plumbing issues- they're the best!

Shortly after leaving my previous review Rocket contacted me to straighten out my issue. They set something up during an off normal time (at night) that worked for me to come and take a look at my issue. When the plumber showed up, he figured out what the issue was quickly and did a good job of explaining what was going on and why.

I appreciate that Rocket didn't just see me as a lost customer but instead did what they could to make me happy and show they do care about their customers.

I went with Rocket Plumbing due to the reviews they received here on Yelp, but my experience was not what is described by others. I needed them to come out and do a simple job for me, take a snake with a camera down my drain line to see if they could find a leak or the cause of the water damaging my floor in the room next to the bathroom.

An appointment was set up for Wednesday morning. Tuesday night I got a call saying they didn't have the equipment in their possession at the time and would need to reschedule for Thursday. This seemed fine; they called ahead and were apologetic on the phone. Thursday morning 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I called and found out they never sent someone to my place that morning, they had sent them to a different call. At this point I was getting a little annoyed but again, they were very apologetic and I was told they'd make it up to me, they'd come out this morning and give me a discount for my trouble so I agreed. The next appointment came and again, nobody showed up to my place. I ended up going into work late 2 days in a row for what turned out to be absolutely no reason. Add in the fact the original date couldn't be made due to not having the equipment and you've got a company that does not live up to the inflated reviews shown here.

This was just the initial step, I will have to fix the issue that has ruined my floor and I will be going to someone else to do it and my other upcoming plumbing needs.

Had a leaky toilet and called Rocket Plumbing in the morning on the basis of their Yelp reviews.

My plumber came just a little bit later that morning and finished the job in about half an hour! He not only identified the problem quickly, but he clearly explained to me what the problem was, identified a separate part that was also in pretty bad shape, and fixed both issues in an extremely efficient manner.

Will certainly call on these guys again!

2 weeks ago my basement flooded during snow runoff because my sump pump died. While pumping out water manually I called a plumber who came over 2 hours later - told me my sump pump died (thanks - I already knew that) and said he may be able to come back in a few days. Thankfully my wife found out about Rocket Plumbing. Called and Tony was there in 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon - unbelievably responsive and professional! Tony had completed all repairs done in 2 hours. If you ever need a plumber skip all other options and call Rocket immediately - you will not regret it.

I would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing. Marlon was amazing! I called Rocket after hours and their answering service was professional and friendly and I got a call back early the next day where they clearly explained their process and took notes on my service needs. Marlon showed up on time and then when it came time to do the work he was flexible with my building and their ""water shut-off"" delays. He provided a quote up front and the quote was accurate when it came time to pay. Polite, friendly, on time and wonderful service. Plumbing is a pain to deal with and Rocket made it so easy!

Tony was AWESOME today! We are a small non profit and when our main sewer line starting emitting some very nasty smells, we freaked. After getting quotes and advice from two different companies, we finally called Rocket. They came super fast, arrived when they said they would, and were able to clear the clog and told us that we didn't actually have a broken pipe! Saved us thousands of dollars where others would have had us dig up the yard and lay new pipe for no reason.

Tony was super courteous and explained the issue in layman's terms for us over and over. It was very very helpful and we are eternally grateful. We will definitely call Rocket Plumbing for any future issues (fingers crossed that we don't have to for a very long time!)

I called to complain about a broken garbage disposal. Very easy to work with over the phone while trying to troubleshoot and schedule an appointment. Brandon, showed up ON TIME, was very polite, and answered ALL of my questions. He quickly diagnosed my issue and did not try to sell me more than needed.

For any future plumbing issues, I would use Rocket Plumbing again!
